I had to wait at the speaker for 3 to 5 minutes then when I got to the windows told to wait again. I had a 10 piece nugget. When they brought it to me the fries were luke warm. The nuggets were fresh at least. It is a Friday night you shouldn’t be having cars waiting for no reason only to be served cold food this location is the worse and this is the last time I stop here I’ll just wait till I get to town for now on. This isn’t the 1st time service was poor

We ordered tonight inside for a to go order. When we got home we discovered we got a big Mac instead of the chicken nuggets we ordered. Unfortunately we don’t live in Bennett so we weren’t able to go back to fix the mistake. This location frequently mixes up orders. They also prioritize the drive thru orders while those inside are left with extended waits for their orders.

Refering to McDonald’s in Bennett, Colorado. The meat was cold and the bread was hard, which was my same experience with the lack of good customer service. I am all for progress, but I really hate the idea that I have to order my own food from a kiosk and I still get bad service.
I’m not a paid employee, but I have to do their job because businesses are down sizing their staffing numbers by eliminating their cashiers.

Well, I normally only do good reviews. But, I’ve been stuck here at this truckstop for two days now. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s each day. Receiving cold french fries. Having a clean my own table. Luckily, I carry a little thing of rubbing alcohol with me.
