I have had this happen twice now. Both managers were nice and I got new bagels, bit this is ridiculous, especially when you expect your food to be made correctly. Instead you get to work only to be disappointed by this. I shouldn’t have to call in and then go back to get my bagel correct.
Last time the bagel was incorrect it was a piece of dry steak on a bagel with no egg. When I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, extra sauce and got none.
Pleaae do better.

The service was slow. The shrimp bites were cooked in the same oil as the other fried food and was very greasy. Not the best I’ve had. I don’t frequent this place but saw a commercial and thought I’d try it. Nothing about this trip screams come back.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why I was turned away when trying to order lunch just a few minutes before it was officially served. Sometimes I’ll come closer to lunch since Lunch starts at 11:00 a.m. but, I get the same response every time.
Today, I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:25 a.m. and asked if I could place my lunch order and wait for it to be cooked. Instead of taking my order, I was turned away By the young lady over the intercom unpleasant attitude.
Rather than accommodating a customer willing to wait, they chose to lose potential business. I took my money elsewhere and went to Wendy’s, where they had no problem serving me lunch at 10:36 a.m. Management should seriously reconsider this policy. Other establishments such as Chic fil a has no problem accommodating their customers before lunchtime and it keeps customers loyalty.

Customer service was not the best. My order was not complete and when I went up to the counter I stood there waiting so I could tell them what I was missing. Took 20 to actually get my order correct and 2 different people who acted like I was bothering them. Food was great! Customer service not so much

I was in the drive thru with a mobile order. I had to say hello to get anyone to acknowledge me as they served three cars in the other lane while I waited. Then I get my two Sundaes and the toppings were shameful. Please see attached pictures.

I just left fairfield location. I ordered a ice coffee at drive thru and it took 30 minutes just to get to the screen to order. After ordering i sat at the 2nd window for almost 20 minutes waiting and no one ever came to the window. I ended up just leaving. They work the most incompetent ppl at every location on the weekends. I highly suggest not going here. Management and workers are trash.

numerous visits now have had the worst service and food. expectations low- i know its mcdonalds but this is just awful. we use to LOVE this mcdonalds. i told my kids after today- NEVER again. dont even ask!
from taking the order, to getting half the order at the window, getting pushed to reserve, forgotten about, brought the wrong food, then asked to retake the order because they dont know what I got holy crap I was done! this is multiple visits in a row now- no more!
this really use to be the absolute best mcdonalds – whatever happened they need to fix it!

Ordered 1 McChicken meal deal and 4 McChickens with extra tomato, no lettuce, add cheese. This order was placed through the app. Here are 2 of the sandwiches. There is no mayonnaise, my sandwiches looked like they were smashed, and there are no extra tomatoes on these sandwiches. I called the store, and someone who mumbled answered the phone. I was told to bring the food back in and they would remake it. I asked to speak to a manager and the person who answered the phone said they were a manager. I never complain about fast food, but I’m missing $2 worth of cheese on my sandwiches and the inaccuracy at this location has gotten increasingly worse as the weeks have gone on. No, I am not going back out to the store today when I feel like crap and had my boyfriend pick up our lunch. I told the person who stayed they were a manager that I was going to leave a 1-star review. He then told me I needed to come in and speak to Mike. I’m assuming Mike is the actual manager. Lying is bad for business. I will avoid this location and patronize one of the others in my area. I will also be calling corporate.

Okay peep… Money is tight choosing between gas and bills and food is impossible so I Hit McDeezy for a $5 McDouble meal TRASH! But I kept my cool Called & “JoJo” answered and I explained the problem went back and JoJo made it RIGHT!! Yes I paid but $5! Is worth it if it’s Right! & Yes! First thing I pulled up to the window after ordering and one of the young girls was touching all over another kid. Then they tell me to pull to second window after waiting forever. Then I wait forever at the second window waited for almost 10 minutes. 3 cars had left behind me by the time I got my food. French fries were old and cold, and my burger was disgusting. This McDonald’s has really gone downhill.
