Everytime I come here the service is outstanding. The young guy with the dreadlocks, the older woman , and the younger girl they are rockstars. Always a nice greeting a smile and my food is piping hot. This is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I’ll continue to come because of these outstanding employees.

I must admit I have a deep attachment to Taco Bell from my youth. A TB was opened a few minutes from my childhood home and a welcome respite from burgers. One Father’s Day my son said the kids always took Mom out for Mother’s Day, so the kids wanted to take me out, anywhere I wanted. Steak, seafood, etc. I picked Taco Bell!
This TB is the closest now and would have been a monthly stop after church, a block away. But with a number of jobs infilled they were only open at takeout window. And tacos they sit for a 15 minute drive aren’t the best. But recently they reopened under new management, new staffing and inside dining.
So we made the trip after church, my wife, our daughter, granddaughter and myself. Now I joke about my wife sticking mostly with familiar foods but I am pretty set on Tacos at the Bell. Service was quick, food was great. It will now be a regular after-church stop.

Made a late night run for food and unlike McDonald’s Taco Bell was still open. I got 3 soft taco supremes and a steak quesadilla. The food was good and tasted like typical Taco Bell. The employee working the drive thru window was very friendly and overall the staff was great and I got my food quickly!

Do not go through the drive-thru. The order will be wrong, soggy and cold.
Do not go inside either. They won’t take your order any longer. The customer is required to order through a kiosk.
This is just great. So now our young people (teens) are without another place to learn how to work a job, and the consumer doesn’t get a discount for doing the job.
I don’t appreciate the direction the Corp has taken my beloved taco bell. Nope. I won’t be back.

The service here is phenomenal. There is a guy that jokes and is so jolly and he puts a smile on everyone’s faces. Even the other workers are so good. Quality customer service and may God bless them.

A late night, drive thru visit to Taco Bell is usually quick and uneventful, but Ron made our visit memorable by just being happy!! He was joyful and kind without seeming fake. That’s a happy person destined for greater things!! Cherish him while you have him, Taco Bell!!! B/c I don’t doubt he deserves better!!

LOCATION GOT MOBILE ORDER WRONG X2 (DOUBLE CHECK IT’S ACCURATE)

The 1 item I wanted most was the item they got wrong. Ordered a regular Double Decker Taco. Received somewhat of a Double Decker Taco. The item I received was the Double Stack Taco. The one with the spicy corn tortilla strips inside with no beans between the soft tortilla and crunchy taco shell. Just because Taco Bell brought back the spicy corn tortilla strip items, doesn’t mean that’s what people are ONLY ordering.
Drive thru guy was supre pleasant, but I’d rather have my order accurate.
Top it off the food was Luke warm at best.
Last time I was there they forgot 1 crunchy taco when a total of 3 were ordered. (I didn’t post about that in accurate order).
I specifically (again, just like my last post) checked to see if the amount of items in the bag was accurate. 5 items, matches up, on my merry way. Open item… INCOORRECT.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to number of items in bag was accurate. Low and behold no Double Decker Taco.
Again 2 stars!!!!

The lady that is always there to take your order that says a million things before you can even get your order started, NEEDS to learn customer service etiquette. You do not need to yell at people or cut them off while they are in the middle of ordering. And please stop saying “is that all?” After each item that is ordered. I ordered 1 thing and you asked me 4 different times!!!! Also at the window communicate better instead of saying nothing and shoving the items to your customers. This behavior is NOT okay!
