Pickleman’s was a great experience from start to finish. The service was quick, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Ordered the Italian Beef 6″ sandwich with peppers and mozzarella. Don’t pass up the peppers, they are crunchy and good but not too hot. The mozzarella was MIA, it was there but I had to really look. There was a decent amount of beef and it was very flavorful.
I guess I was expecting all the other ingredients like lettuce, tomato, onion, etc….. but they were not included – my fault. I probably would not order it again though.
The bread was “ok” but the au jus made it much better.

They used to be good but in the last year or so their service has been horrible. Last two times I’ve order online from them I had to call because they forgot about my order.
They told me the food was in the oven when I called. Meaning they hadn’t even started my order. (I had waited 15 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered too). Makes me wish I hadn’t tipped.

Menu is same, always good. Concerning that family of worker (manager?) given priority over customers waiting their turn. Premise is that food is served to guest while hot. This was tested recently when a family member jumped the line to go from order to check-out, his meal not prepared, causing waiting customers & prepared meals to be delayed while he not only paid, but took additional time to carry on conversations. Can’t help but award a rating of “3” since it was totally preventable and showed complete lack of respect/regard for any other customers waiting for their meal. This is one instance where family should not come first.

Pleasant experience all around. Customer service was prompt, quick and helpful with my questions. The sandwich is warmed, bread is fresh and ingredients of quality. I’m from the south, so we know how to do lemonade/tea. The strawberry lemonade here is absolutely divine (sweet and tart as it should be). Will definitely be back!

Delivery Driver knocked me over outside of the hospital I was leaving after I had been in the hospital for serious reasons. He was parked in the round about and when he came out of the hospital I was just outside the doors walking towards my husband’s car and delivery driver smacked into me, he kept going never stopped or said anything. He knocked me so hard my bandages came off and water cup was broken and my arm where my IV had just been started bleeding again. I called the store and a person named Mitch claimed he was the manager. He did nothing. Did not care. I called a lawyer and the hospital has camera footage, Hospitals have cameras everywhere, I guess Mitch forgot about that.
