I have not been to this Smashburger location since the Colorado burger was introduced to the menu a few years back. The colorado burger had a spicy kick to it when biting in. The place is still serving delicious savory burgers in a timely manner. I ordered a single patty burger with some smash fries that reminded me of why I started going there in the first place. I think the interior should get updated a bit since it looks a bit outdated. The staff was friendly and they actually did try to replicate the off menu item that I requested but unfortunately they could not due to a few ingredients being missing. The opening to where you toss in your trash is very small and I think it would be better to open it up so people do not have to maneuver in the garbage after they finish their meals. Other than that, still a great place to enjoy a quick bite for lunch or dinner.

Smashburger is One of our favorites burger places. My husband loves the Haystack Onions here but Smashburger by us don’t have it we have to come here for his favorite. Mushroom Swiss burger and Classic Cobb Salad are my favorite. They are a little bit pricey but the food is so good.

I’m sitting here enjoying an awesome meal. Where you ask? Down the road at shake shack! Why? Well we showed up to your establishment at 6:35pm. The open sign was lit, parking lot was empty and it was ominous sign but we went for it anyway. To our horror, the doors were locked. The employees stared at us with a blank look on their face; as if we interpreted their early end to the day as our faces were pressed against the glass. My family and I looked at each other and decided this place does like business or money. So they got none of mine. I was happy to oblige and drive 2 miles up the road to their nearest competitor who does love business. Now my other grievance what kind of burger joint closes at 6:30 pm at peek dinner time?!? BTW your sign and site has stated you close at 7pm. Still dumb. Mind blown !! From one business professional to another good luck out there, you’re gonna need it. ❤️ ❤️

went to the one in virginia and i fell in love with the smashfries and the turkey classic smash and turkey truffle…but they didn’t have turkey here and their veggie option didn’t sound appealing so i went with chicken. it was really disappointing. i also ordered the smash fries, but they gave me plain fries. i heard that every restaurant chain they bring to michigan isn’t good. turns out it was true. never coming back to this location smh

First timer and was highly disappointed. Ordered burger with grilled onions for a $1.50 up charge and upon receiving my food and taking a bite, I noticed my onions were raw and crunchy. I went in to complain, only to argue with the manager, who insisted the onions were grilled and would not refund my money. His demeanor was not the best so I did not trust him to redo my burger. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time, but also the food was not that great.

Never seen Brussel sprouts served at a fast food joint like this so that was interesting and they were quite tasty, as well as the other sides they were all very good and you cannot beat the crunch on those onion rings, impeccable. Dining area was clean and the atmosphere is nice and chill, definitely would come here with friends.

Becareful stopping by this location. Beyond rude employees who do not care about the place they work at. Scared off two customers while we ordered & waited for our food. Dropped food on the ground and just bagged it up for a to-go order too. Closed the store 20 minutes early refused to let people sit inside at all as well. Wasn’t serving chicken products or shakes simply because they did not want to dirty the clean fryers/machine. We were forced to take our food to go and while the food was accurate it was lukewarm at best by the time we got home. Tots were half full too. I’ve been a longtime customer of smashburger and particularly this location however this will be our last visit as a family here. There’s far too many other competitors in the area that are willing to just speak halfway decent to their customers and provide decent burgers and fries. Best of luck to anyone that goes to eat here
