We were welcomed when my buddies and I walked into the restaurant. The person at the counter explained all our opinions and got a single cheeseburger with small fries. You don’t need anything larger than a small. The burgers were hot and jucy! Fries were also hot. A very delicious meal!

The service was ok, the store was dirty, there was a 5 gallon bucket of old solidified grease in the hallway in-between the restrooms. The burger was a 2. Fully cooked but a heap of mayo. Who uses that much mayo. Coat the damn bun, that’s it! I don’t know what his beef with mayo is but he needs to work counter or something. They wanted 18+$ for a single cheeseburger meal? That food, atmosphere and service better be Top notch if you expect 18+$ for a mediocre burger at best. Do better 5 guys in Auburn MI. Off Adams rd.

So disappointed in the ownership/bosses at this Five Guys location. Saturday night and the restaurant has lots of customers and door dash orders, and only 3 people are working. Empty tables are dirty. It took 28 minutes for me to get my order which ended up being incorrect. However, I don’t feel the slightest upset at the employees, as it is completely ridiculous that there are only 3 (with 1 taking orders) doing the entire job while the place was slammed. Really deters me from wanting to return in the future.

Ordered online with a promise time of 6:31 PM. Showed up around 6:30 and they did not greet me and no one announced me. So I walked up and asked if any of the orders were for my name and they said no. Waiting waiting kitchen appears to be disorganized and they are opening things back up to check them and not knowing where the slips are. Finally, after 20 minutes past the promised time I went to the manager, and she looked panicked and immediately started helping out making burgers. She should manage expectations if they are that far behind. While I was waiting, several customers came in, made their order and walked off with food. I finally received my order at 7:16. You can do the math.

A chain I have no problem frequenting.
Efficient, helpful staff, consistently clean regardless of the state you find yourself in. I do wish they would lower the volume of the music a bit and cut back on the salt used on the fries.
Everything is bagged for carryout and all the materials are paper or aluminum foil so the environment won’t have to deal with plastic & styrofoam.
My only real complaint is cost. $15 for a single burger & small fry – without a drink – feels a bit much. That’s why I don’t come in as much.

Typically I love five guys because of the massive amounts of fries you get with a meal which typically justify the excessive price of a meal. I just got a regular fry with my meal this time and I got maybe a handful of fries. When I spoke to the manager i was informed the higher ups were cutting down on portions. So now it’s overpriced and has nothing to justify it.

So I was waiting all weekend to go with my wife to Five Guys Burgers and Fries the plan was.. we were going to go to The Cider Mill and then go to lunch. Well we stayed at The Cider Mill a little longer than anticipated and decided to go to dinner to five guys. Place was very clean let me say that first off the place was very clean. Although when I went into the bathroom, there was trash overflowing in the basket the mirror was dirty like no one had cleaned it in the last at least hour or two. There was only four people working there that I could see unless there was other staff in the back, the employees did not look happy.. the manager was making our order we had a specific order request which they did honor.. but, the one thing that I love the most besides are obvious Burgers is the fries. Last time I came there with my wife the fries were slightly undercooked. That, I can deal with. But, this particular order was overcooked to the point where it was completely burnt! It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t the manager that was making our order. I get it, there was a pandemic a lot of things have changed and people’s lives trust me I know boy do I know. But that does not excuse poor service. When you’re paying your hard-earned money whether it’s 10 bucks 20 bucks 30 or in our case almost $40, you expect the food to be right. I will probably not come back to this establishment in this location. For being in rochester, I expected a little better. Highly disappointed. This is one of the reasons why my wife and I don’t really do take out very much because it seems like the simplest things people are getting wrong. And being a manager in service with customers, customers are the number one priority! It’s not much to follow a ticket receipt and make the order the way the customer requested. But to give somebody a poor order and then to smile at them and tell them to have a good night knowing the fries are terrible! I’m not cool with that. Here are some pictures of our particular experience. And also the fries. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I’m not happy at the moment with this company. Oh and before I forget we waited almost 12 minutes for our order.
