I feel bad about leaving a one star review, but I have to be honest. Almost every time I frequent this particular McDonald’s, either my food is cold, the food in the bag wasn’t made properly, or an item I ordered was missing from the bag altogether!! I don’t want to say all of the employees, because there are some fine, outstanding people that work there, but a lot of the workers I see are just standing there talking and don’t seem to care about their job. I have called and spoken to management before about my orders being incorrect or completely missing an item and they didn’t seem to care about their job either. I would avoid this McDonald’s if possible and go 15 min out of the way to Richland if you wanted a better experience. Sorry, I left this one star, but had to tell the truth.

Terrible service. Expect to wait in a stall number for 20 minutes or more. Slow or busy, you will not get your food in a reasonable time. If you’re in a rush definitely do not come here. The management obviously sucks. The workers are beyond rude and they always forget something so that adds another few minutes to your overall wait because you have to send them back in to get what they forgot the first or second time.
