Tonight I ordered several meals
My husband and my meal burger was not cooked all the way . I had to throw my burger out after about eating half but my husband ate his almost entire before realizing. Absolutely disgusted by this . I follow up with manager Kevin who just says thanks for letting us know we will have the girls check the burger temps . Now hoping we do not get sick by this .

When you paying 5 bucks for lil smoothie please fill to the top and stop super rushing a person with bla bla bla rush rush trying to read menu especially when NOBODY in drive through calm down plus my nuggets were cold which went into the airfryer

Visited today with my 3 grandchildren.
The kiosk ordering is very frustrating ( trying to watch three young kids and order off the kiosk.) so I waited at the counter for 15 minutes for help nobody even acknowledged that I was standing there.
I decided to take them in to the play place until my sister could watch them so I could order. Upon entering the child’s play place 90% of the tables were being used by employees. Look like a meeting of some sorts. Keep in mind it was noon and no school.
The place was very busy with the drive up, door dash ect that several customers came inside to order.
The meeting then decided to move out of the play area and take up 99% of thr tables.
The table we sat at was dirty and I had to order new fries ( the children had taken them out of the container and placed them on thr table. Gross.
The employees working had to be overwhelmed but did their best.
I was disappointed in the employees sitting at the meeting not getting up to take care of customers. Other customers made comments on it also.
Ive worked customer service for 30 years and was disgusted by managers sitting in the meeting. If your employees were not there you would not have a job.
Not sure how a meeting is more important than customers?

I don’t know if the food is good or not. I waited 25 minutes for a medium fry and coffee and had to leave before I got it. I popped in for a quick snack and could not wait around anymore.

I ordered a 16oz smoothie. I received a 12oz only filled to 10oz.
I looked at the small cup and kindly asked if this is their version of 16 ounces.
I was told by the manager that the smoothie sizes don’t have ounces, just sizes. Good to know.
