had an amazing experience at Cooper’s Hawk! The food was absolutely delicious — everything came out perfectly prepared and full of flavor. What really made the night special, though, was the phenomenal service. Tristan and Jaime both checked in on us throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a great experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out.

First of all no pictures because I forgot my phone but let me feel you the food was amazing, the Barbacoa tacos and mini sliders appetizers were perfect. The tacos were seared perfectly and had a fantastic dipping sauce. For entrees we had the blue cheese burgers and they were large and delicious. The salted Carmel crème brûlée for dessert was a nice touch. Our server Emily was fantastic. She brought us a sample wine and she described it perfectly. Her service was impeccable , thank you Emily. The menu has many more items I would like to try. The atmosphere got a 4 star as it is very chilly inside so bring a jacket. Have been back several times this last time our server Lauren was exceptional! Always on time and answered all questions. With membership in the wine club this place has it all

I’ve been a Cooper’s Hawk wine club member for over ten years, so I’ve dined at these restaurants many times. Today was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in the last decade. My mom and I went in for an early dinner, and when the hostess asked what we were celebrating, I shared that we were honoring the life of my nana who passed away exactly one year ago today.
The food was delicious as always, but it was the service that made this visit unforgettable. Our server, Dasia, went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. At the end of our meal, she even brought us a celebratory dessert with three spoons- “one for nana.” That small gesture meant so much to us and turned an emotional evening into something truly special.
Thank you, Dasia, and thank you Cooper’s Hawk, for reminding us why we’ve been members for so long.

Always a great time here! We started with a wine tasting, which was a lot of fun, and then had dinner at the bar. The staff was super kind and helpful like they always are. We forgot to take pictures of our food, but everything tasted great. My steak wasn’t cooked quite right the first time, but they immediately took care of it and brought out a perfect one with a sincere apology. Really appreciated how quick and friendly they were about it. Overall, another wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Shout out to Chris who ALWAYS make sure we have a great experience at our Local Coopers Hawk. We have been regulars since you have opened. We have enjoyed many great dinners, lunches, brunches and your AMAZING WINE CLUB DINNERS. We regularly have Chris as one of our servers for wine club dinners. The service is impeccable as is the food. Love the special meals that are not on the regular menu along with the wine parings. The amount of laughter and conversation is amazing (you are seated “family style”, so you will sit with people you may not know, but you will leave having made new friends). The dinners are never the same and wonderful .
We visit Coopers for our date nights and our celebrations. If you have something not quite to your liking in the food, kindly speak up. We have found if you find an issue with your food, the servers are management will try to make it better. It has also been great to form a friendship with Chris over our many visits, he is the only server I will get excited to see, the do a quick hug and dash. You have a great representative of your business with him and I hope he is the standard. We hear he is moving up in the company and we know he will do great things for you. He will be missed by those who have gotten used to having him take such good care of us. CH is our favorite local restaurant! Each time we’ve dined here (about 2x a month) we find more dishes that we enjoy – a first for us. While it can get busy they do a great job of making us feel appreciated and welcomed through their communication and thoughtfulness.
A special shout out to Alex P. We would give everyone who works here an “A” as it’s the best waitstaff we’ve ever encountered. But today Alex P gets the A+ because of his engaging demeanor, attention to detail, communication and overall hospitality. I was there for my birthday and our waitress was Emily and she not only was perfection but she was so friendly and knowledgeable of the wine and suggested really good wine. She was great, however the downside was my bf ended up getting food poisoning within an hour of eating our food. Which sucks because he was so excited for his food and my food was delicious but I ended up not eating the rest of my food out of fear and he didn’t eat the rest of his food obviously. Emily was so sweet and attentive and caring. She needs a raise.
