My order is wrong at least once out of every 3 visits (sometimes more). I usually hold my tongue but tonight, technically I received my whole order, but I guess they didn’t think I’d notice they snuck 2 regular nuggets in where 2 spicy nuggets should be. This is clearly I sign that I shouldn’t be eating this food anyway. Sigh… do better!

I always stop at this particular Wendy’s on my way to work, and I must say each time I am pleased with the customer service and quality of food. Employee Issac W. Goes above and beyond to ensure that the customers are pleased and I can definitely appreciate that. You don’t find this often at fast food. I typically don’t do reviews, But I had to because I see how hard Himself and the team works, and I just wanted to let the right people know how well he handles himself at the drive through window, it’s much appreciated to see a smile and positive attitude, literally each time I stop. Great job!

E-mail from GM after she kicked me out for being in the store before they opened even tho the website says drive thru AND dine in starts at 6:30. I had to stand outside in the cold for 10 mins.

Food was fresh, and the burger cooked perfectly. Fries were crispy and had just enough salt. Spicy nuggets weren’t cold and we’re very crispy. Would definitely be back again

This wendys is great. They give good customer service. I’am a witness to the school children coming in 8-11 at a time while other customers trying to eat, cussing calling each other out of their names, spilling drinks getting free drinks over & over again with out purchasing food. This is everyday. The staff shouldn’t have to deal with this repeatedly undisciplined behavior. The staff isn’t bias. And will say to the after schoolers that enters the building, if your not making a purchase, you must exit the building because of limited seats for paying customers. Children that doesn’t understand this will always have something negative to say. The staff does an excellent job, comprehension isn’t being understood.

I went inside for breakfast and was greeted then served by Donn E. He was smiling the entire time and took the time to explain the 2 for $3 deal and it was fun.
He treated me as if I was the only person there and explained the deal that I ended up buying two deals without him upselling me. Great place, clean and friendly. I appreciated his service.
I also watched him do the same thing to the next customer.
I recognize that Fast Food Restaurants provide fast-food service… everyone can cook burgers, fries and serve up drinks. But not everyone can serve up a smile and great customer service. Donn E. took the time to make me smile and provided great customer service along the way. This is the type of person you want working alongside you and on your teams. ✔

Absolutely horrible service. Manager Issac Williams has no customer service skills. They missed my son’s entire meal and he keeps rating we need to bring the food back to get the correct order. However there is nothing to take back due to not being given that order. I will be going above Issac and speaking with corporate. The service needs to be taken care of.

There’s swirls are to die for if you like ice cream and stuff mixed in like hot fudge, strawberry, and many more and you can get them either with a white frosty or a chocolate frosty You have to try them. Exellent

This is the salad I got today. It’s supposed to be a spring mix, spinach, and iceberg….its a whole iceberg salad…and where are the toppings?? Berries where??!! I’m so disappointed. These salads used to be so good and now yall cut corners way too much. Imma stick with Chic-fil-a. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service was excellent.

We hadn’t even sat down to think about what to grab food and an employee was already running us, I went with my brothers to eat and we went to sit down to see what we would grab from the app, and in that a woman arrives to tell us that we can’t be inside the place we hadn’t even been inside for 3 minutes and she ran to us seriously what bad service and treatment and if that lady with whom we are students wants to justify herself then we hadn’t even been 3 minutes so I don’t know what she wanted to run without even asking “they would take an order” seriously I DON’T RECOMMEND THAT PLACE SUPER BAD TREATMENT BETTER CHOOSE OTHERS ARE BETTER THAN THAT PLACE
