The pizza was a little overcooked, but the bread sticks were fine. Very garlicky and a hearty portion, with fried dough like they make at the Channahon location. Friendly and prompt service.

I recently moved to the Plainfield area and decided to try Rosati’s as I had received a coupon in the mail for them. I had an order delivered on a Saturday night for dinner. The food was excellent and it arrived earlier than the listed arrival time. I think I found my new favorite pizza place!

Ordered delivery, customer service was excellent! Food was delivered quickly and correctly. All the food (pizza, fries, and breadsticks) were delicious. They have good coupons available, will definitely be ordering again soon.

I always order full size pizzas or buy slices, today I decided to get a combo sandwich with cheese and let me tell you it was one of the best that I had in a long time, my dad wanted a meatball sandwich, the sandwich was lined up with 3 meatballs and had great flavor per my dad, but it lack sauce.
Also ordered a slice of pizza and that was good. The 2 guys working the front were friendly and had smiles on their faces, while I was waiting for my order the phones were ringing and they were being answered asap and the guys were very polite on the phone. The wait time for the sandwiches were a little longer than I expected.
So for the wait and lack of sauce on the meatball sandwich,I gave 4 stars, hopefully on my next order I can change to 5 stars.

The coupons didn’t work on the phone app, I used MFP18 and it said the 18family pizza I had didn’t qualify so I tried the m100ff and it said invalid. This was from a mailer and they don’t expire until 3/31/26. I also tried the review link that says contact directly and that errors saying reviewer is blocked from posting reviews.

I stopped ordering from Rosatis several years ago due to quality, but decided to give them a try to see if anything had changed and it really has – I’ve ordered pizzza and appetizers three times in the last couple months and it was delicious! Whatever changed – keep it up!

Food is good no complaints there. My food was delivered to the wrong address, and I received a call from Rosati’s explaining their mistake. I was then told to get my food from the wrong address they delivered to and I asked him if he was serious about that. He said yea, it wasn’t too far from where I was. I asked if he could have the driver just come back and deliver to the right address. I was put on hold, and then told that the food was cold and they were going to remake it and deliver it.

We ordered a pizza on the anniversary sale placed it online and picked up later in the afternoon. The service was great and the employees were very patient considering there were so many people were coming in and complaining they couldn’t get the special. The pizza was 9/10 I haven’t had Rosatis in years I’ll definitely will be ordering again! They might’ve changed their recipe cause it is really good now!
