We were able to sit down right away, the waitress was friendly, the drinks & food came out quickly, and they accommodated my requests. Dinner was delicious. The pizza slices are huge! And the garlic knots were perfectly cooked (as you can tell by the pic we ate most of them the moment they arrived so I had to take a picture of the 1 remaining knot…) and don’t miss out on ordering a side Alfredo sauce to dip them in – delish. The other people in my party ordered manicotti and another pasta dish and they were both satisfied with their meals. I would go back if I find myself craving pizza or knots with garlic sauce : )

Went to take out for lunch and wanted to throw a nice review because the pizza is good! My lunch cost 16 and change for two specialty slices and a medium drink. Pretty darn expensive for a quick pizza lunch to be honest. Service was friendly and quick, no dilly dallying like you see at a slice shop often. The pizza was actually very good, crispy, super thin but stable crust, good cheese and sauce flavor. Toppings were made nicely too. Would love to come try a full pie soon, but its above average pizza for central florida notorious for mediocre pizza.

Been here 2 times and every time the staff looks miserable, like customers are inconveniences. Ordered their lunch special which comes with 2 cheese slices and a soda. Upcharged me for a slice with toppings (common) but when my order was ready, box was flung on the counter and guy behind the counter just walked off, didn’t even care to ask about the drink. Main waitress also handles cashiering and looked like she could care less. Never coming back, sad since the pizza isn’t all that bad. Deff doesn’t taste like a New York style pizza either.

The boys and I stopped in here for lunch. It reminds me of the neighborhood pizza joint from when I was a kid. One had 2 slices, another had the lunch combo of a slice, salad and soda. And I had the Meatball Parm sub with French fries. The drinks were brought right out and the food wasn’t too far behind. Both boys liked what they got and I enjoyed the sub and fries. The waitress was very friendly and checked a couple times with the boys if they needed their drinks refilled. The prices are a little on the higher side, but the food and service didn’t disappoint. So if you are near here in Casselberry I would recommend you give it a try.

So the food here is typically great but this is the last time I go there. They have the rudest people or policies. Tonight I walked in at 8:50 to see if they had any slices left. The girl told me they were closed. She wasnt rude but they are actually open till 9 and they even had the slice I wanted I would have bought it and took it home to heat up but they didnt even offer. Three strikes your out and this was strike 4.

The food was delicious, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars, but the service from our server, was absolutely awful and has been everytime she has waited on us and I felt the need to finally leave this review. She was abrasive from the moment we sat down and made us feel completely rushed, like she wanted us out as fast as possible. We even overheard her telling multiple guests that four days out of the week are “not good to come” because of the pizza guy. I’ve been here on every day of the week (the day I went this time was Tuesday at lunch) and never had a bad experience until now.
What’s even more disappointing is that after reading other negative reviews, it seems like the owner doesn’t care because the older server Eva is mentioned several times and nothing has changed. I will NEVER come back if she is working. The prices are on the higher side, but I’ve never minded paying them because the service from the other girls have always been great. She’s driving customers away I’m sure

Time passes , we grow older. I moved to Winter Springs in 1997. My daughter is 30 years old now and this was the best Real Italian New York pizza that I could find close to home. Along with everything on the menu. . Recently we moved back to the area. I didn’t expect anything to be the same as it used to be. It’s better. Thank goodness. Casselberry on 17/92

I buy pizza here all the time, this time around I am really upset. I ordered pizza last night at 8:40, picked up at 9:00 pm as they were closing. They never opened the pizza to show us, just rushed to give and to close the shop. We obviously trusted them, we got home and the pizza looked very bad. THE TOPPINGS WERE NOT EVEN ON THE PIZZA. PLENTY OF OTHER PIZZA SHOPS IN THE AREA, ESPECIALLY IN A BAD ECONOMY. This wont help your business, this could of been prevented by actually opening the pizza and checking the product before leaving. Money nor the pizza is the most important thing, its the principle. You lost a long time client, I will make sure to tell everyone that you guys actually suck.
