I love BDUBS, but something changed. Yet another chain falling apart. Wings used to be great, now they’re mediocre at best. Today’s wings were tiny, shriveled up, and dry. Our waitress was amazing. Place was empty, which could be why the food is suffering.
Menus were filthy, sticky, and had old dried food on them. Floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week.

We had the ultimate sampler, and burgers and they were great! Service took awhile but food came out hot and ready to eat. This place is good but understaffed.

We had a great experience. Our server Kris was very nice and had a lot of patience with all our questions..
Drinks were lit. Tequila passion fruit wake up x2.
Chips and salsa… Big ol serving, just how I like it.
I got the bacon ranch jerk chicken wrap.. and fries.
Babe got the mushroom burger and onion rings. Like real onion rings not frozen out the bag.
Bottom line, had a great dinner. Highly recommended.

Don’t ever order take-out, you will wait over a hour or more. The cooks are obviously rookies that don’t care because this has happened to me many times. This wait happens when you order online so they have known about order prior to getting there. How can you run a business like this?

Ordered the “ultimate appetizer ” you can pick 4 from the menu sides. I ordered boneless chicken wings, mild. Onion wings, mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. Think I got the bottom of the barrel. The only thing that was good was the onion rings. The mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock, I even showed the bartender hitting them on the bar. Fried pickles were horrible, they tasted like they were previously freezer burnt but gave them to the customer anyways. I asked for mild buffalo… they were so hot and had a pile of hot sauce on top of them. I went to pay my tab and had to pay for the entire price of that appetizer. Argued with the bartender for horrible food. Will never go there again.

Me and my husband ordered 30 wings on superbowl Sunday. The woman on the phone said 35 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes after arriving at the restaurant before we left without the food. The to go girl that we spoke on the phone with had a shitty attitude towards us. When we spoke to the manager who we had to ask for 3 times she blamed the staff saying she wasn’t supposed to take to go orders today. Unprofessional, rude , and a giant waste of time. We attempted to have some drinks while waiting the beer was good mixed drink tasted like pure cranberry juice with no alcohol. Never again

I had an amazing time at Buffalo Wild Wings. For someone in my situation where I needed a good place to meet up with some friends, this was perfect. From the food to the service our waitress, Lillian, absolutely excellent and made my dinner memorable. From greeting us, all the way down to the check she was fabulous. She made everything easy and was able to work around different circumstances, Lillian if you see this you are an sensational waitress. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for such an amazing dinner!

I don’t even know where to start, 3 people sitting at the Bar and it took 10 minutes to be asked if I wanted a drink at which point we found out they’re out of the draft beers they had on special, bottle cooler was empty. It was at this point I should have just got up and left, my mistake. After finally flagging down the “bartender” We were able to order some wings, of course not the flavors we wanted as you guessed it, They were out of both sauces , not to worry it was blamed on an outdated menu. Next offense of the evening had to be the SMELL of Sewer that seemed to overtake the bar area, bartender did not seemed at all phased but that had me worrying what else was unsanitary in this place. Onto the food The queso and chips appeared to be a mix of old and store bought chips. The Boneless wings were cold, we paid our tab and left asap to avoid the stench. There was absolutely No sign of Management and it might possibly be the worst staff I have ever encountered. If there was a manager, they are not doing their job and if I owned this place I be ashamed to admit it. I attempted to let them know “how they did” but wouldn’t you know, the link was broken at that point all I could do was laugh and make a note to NEVER visit this location again. Edit from the next morning, that was a rough night. I definitely should have left and not eaten the food.
