Normally I love Arby’s roast beef. Today I went thru the drive thru and got a Meat +3 deal with a roast beef sandwich. The meat looked grey, was cold and didn’t taste right. Definitely not the usual roast beef. We had to leave right away so I didn’t get a chance to get it corrected. Darn. I was really craving a yummy rb. I’m hoping that was just a fluke.

Solid stop for a quick meal. The sandwiches are tasty, the meat is hot and fresh, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The drive-thru moves pretty well, too. Not the most exciting fast food, but dependable and satisfying when you’re craving roast beef or curly fries.

Went there around 7pm tonight. They were pretty busy, but nothing too crazy. Ordered a roast beef meal and chicken nuggets. When I went to get my soda, there was a huge spill on the ground in front of the sods machine. I went to get a lid and the rack was nearly empty and messy. After waiting twelve minutes, my food was ready. I watched it being removed from a bag and put on a tray, as I had ordered for dine in. I asked one of the workers what a standard ticket time is, and was told no more than five minutes, so the 12 I had to wait was quite confusing. THEN my fries weren’t even full and the food was barely warm. I was basically dismissed, except for being offered a turnover for my troubles.
Horrible service and most likely will not be returning.

I’ve always had great service here despite ongoing labor shortages. It’s a great spot for a quick bite. Food is always hot and delicious. There’s plenty of parking as well. Conveniently located just off I-68 across the street from Lowes.

Ordered in store for take out on Friday night at approximately 8pm. Very straightforward order- 2x meals no modifications. There were a handful of people dining in, the restaurant was not at all busy, considering it was a Friday night – there were a couple of door dash orders but as someone with restaurant experience, I would not at all consider it busy. What appeared to be the manager took our order and gave us our cups to fill our drinks. There were no lids or straws at the soda counter & what was there was very messy. We had to ask for straws and lids at the counter and were treated like an inconvenience. The sauce station beside the soda counter was filthy. The person who took our order was handling cash and register orders and walked back to the fry station to package French fries without washing their hands. We had to wait 30 mins for our food. I would not recommend a visit to this Arby’s if you value cleanliness and good service.
