After years of going to this McDonald’s, it has betrayed me-dare I say it has broken my heart, in not providing me.in my quest of receiving a Filet-O-Fish I ordered. I got a filet with no fish, But it don’t matter. I’ll be there— wherever I can use my McDonald’s code Wherever there’s a line so big people can’t wait to eat, I’ll be there. Whenever there’s a a manager yelling’ up a guy, I’ll be there. If McDonald’s knowed, why, I’ll be in the line when grimace shake comes back, I’ll be there. See? So I’ll let it slide.

Been going to this McDonald’s for years now as my go-to. However, today they disappointed me for the first time. I ordered a Steak egg and cheese Mcgriddle at the drive-thru. They made me go to spot #1 to wait on my food. Once my food came out, they gave me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.
I walked in to tell them what was wrong. They were very apologetic and immediately started making the correct sandwhich.
…And then it happened. My steak egg and cheese Mcgriddle had arrived. Once unwrapped, the Mcgriddle looked as if it fell directly out of a McDonald’s commercial. The cheese was like a waterfall melting across the glistening steak.
I took one bite of the best Steak, Egg & Cheese McGriddle from McDonald’s and immediately understood why people write love songs.
First of all, the pancakes? Illegal. They taste like maple syrup and destiny had a baby. The steak? Seasoned like it just came back from a spa weekend. The egg? Fluffy enough to qualify as emotional support. And the cheese? Melted so perfectly it deserves its own slow-motion entrance scene.
The sweet-savory combo hit my brain like it just unlocked a secret level of happiness. I didn’t chew. I experienced. I transcended. The best ever breakfast sandwich I ever tried had taken me to a blissful paradise.
What started out as my most disappointing McDonald’s trip at this location turned out to be the absolute best visit of my life. Just remember, if things are not going your way, just hang in there, better things are right around the drive-thru window! God Bless!

Had to go inside to pick up mobile order even though asked for curbside. Then they forgot my three drinks and told me I had to make myself. Garbage was sitting in front of beverage dispensers. Then blonde manager came up and cut in front of me to get a drink for herself to take home. Asked for lettuce on cheeseburgers and got none. Chicken nuggets were cold. Horrible service and food, I will not return to this location again.

The service at this McDonald’s is unacceptable. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and coffee. They had me pull ahead and wait because it wasn’t ready, the best part is they never brought it out to me. I had to go inside to get my order. This is not the first time this has happened.

If you’re going to overcharge for your food, atleast get the order right. There is nothing worse than getting your food home only to see that it is covered in onions that you asked to leave off and you get cold fries to top it off. This is why I don’t go to McDonalds anymore, cold garbage food that’s over priced.

i got a big mac and me and one other person were the only ones in line got my food got back home and opened my burger and u couldnt even see the big mac all you could see was the mac sauce and lettuce on all sides. MY WHOLE SANDWICH WAS LETTUCE AND SAUCE! the fries were cold and had the consistency of beef jerky, mind you the service was terrible as well. the girl was on her phone the WHOLE time! over all this is my everyday mcdonalds, never have i ever had such a bad experience…

Alexandria McDonald’s. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a while but while out running errands, I went through the drive thru ordered a double cheese burger with EXTRA onions, because without them the burger is as dry as all get out. So, not to my surprise, I didn’t get my extra onions, and the burger was dry and super salty.
I know to some, this may not be a big deal but it is constant, our order NEVER comes as it’s ordered.
This reminded me why I haven’t visited Alexandria McDonald’s in a while. I never get what I ask for. Lol
This isn’t the first, second, third, or fourth time my order did not consist of any modifications made.
My thought is, it must be hard to understand the monitor the order is displayed on, and it’s not the person taking the order because the receipt always reflects what was ordered.
Went back today, as of 9/9/25 , to give another, still a disappointment.
I want to provide feedback regarding this location AGAIN. Unfortunately, I continue to experience issues with my orders not being prepared as requested or missing items altogether. Most recently, I ordered a single cheeseburger with extra onions and Mac sauce instead of the standard condiments. The first sandwich came incorrect, and even when replaced, it was still missing the onions.
This has been an ongoing issue at this restaurant, and I believe additional training may be needed to ensure greater accuracy and consistency. I hope they improve training or hire competent folks for future customers.
