I love Waffle House and this one is no exception! I’ve eaten here many times and at dozens of WH locations. Food was delicious. They forgot to add an extra item to my order and immediately corrected ut and offered not to charge me for a side to make up for it. Our waitress, Julianne I think it was, was amazing!!

I will NEVER come back to this waffle house. The server was SO rude. My friends and I tonight after a concert decided to dine in here. After coming in to no clean booths we sat at a dirty one waiting for it to be cleaned. The woman says to us “could you not sit at a dirty table there are other places to sit.” In the snarkiest voice ever. I told her or we can just leave. She says thats fine. I got a bit mouthy and left. Horrible service. I will be calling and hope you see this review. Learn some customer service or go work in a factory if you hate people that badly.

I just stopped at waffle house in festus mo on my way home from work. With tip I spent 20.00 and when I got home my order was incorrect. My hashbrowns where completely plain and they where supposed to be smothered and chuncked. I was very disappointed in the food and would like to be compesated for my loss.

Waffle house has gotten to expensive. $17.50 for covered hashbrown, order of bacon, toast and orange juice. Its hard to keep paying these greedy prices when they pay their employees so very little. I used frequent WH all the time, now it’s less than 5 times a year because of there greediness and high prices.
