Love the food and service!
My top pick is the coconut curry.
The picture has Thai Curry. Our server Ariana was exceptional and kind in answering all our questions.

The salad had a tasty ginger dressing. I tried the egg drop soup but it was not for my flavor palate. It could be the texture. But I should have asked so that’s on me.

The manager Mandy came to check on us she was very sweet and made sure we were happy. They also have Gluten Free options which is great.

Overall amazing, Best Thai Curry in Coral Springs!

I gave this restaurant 4 stars. The food is excellent quality, evrything tasted fresh and delicious, however they don’t serve regular fried rice or eggrolls with the dinner combos. U would have to buy an appetizer of fried rice for $14.95. The dinner only comes with soup. They have no crispy noodles to munch on while waiting for your food. Most Chinese restaurants serve egg roll, pork fried rice , soup and crispy noodles with a dinner.

I really wanted to love this place seeing all of the great reviews! We ordered takeout, which may have something to do with our experience. We ordered the cup of hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef, Spicy general tso’s chicken, fried rice and 6 crab rangoons for $61. The general tsos chicken was delicious. Spicy and flavorful. The crab rangoons were also delicious, a little dark in my opinion. The Mongolian beef was just OK. The fried rice left me wondering if there was a miscommunication in the kitchen. The rice was seasoned and had pieces of fried egg and no vegetables, and it tasted like regular rice with soy sauce, as if it was not fried. I genuinely believe they forgot to fry it! Maybe if we dine in next time we will get a more delicious meal!

Got sat quickly on a Friday night. Reasonably priced. Restaurant was a bit loud at times because of the closeness of the tables. Despite it being busy, service was very efficient and kind.
The sushi was fresh, and tasted good in an average way. The entrees were VERY filling and tasted great. Seasoned well with flavor and perfect heat (spice & temperature)

Lots of options for everyone.

Sesame tofu is a fairly standard dish . Chunks or cubes of deep fried tofu, Their dish were slabs of soft (no crust) tofu. The texture and color resembled cat food. The sauce was ..”off”, not thick enough and lacking sweetness. Four of us regretted ordering it. The veggie “springrolls “ were fine as “eggrolls:” as these were deep fried, crispy and not in rice paper. While we like broccoli fried lighty in wok, however 1/2 of it barely touched the pan was almost raw. The Gen Tsau tofu had the same texture issues. The owner, was defensive and not open to constructive feeback. I can see why it was so empty on a Friday night. It has had it’s day, time to set or revamp.

Overpriced and they cutting corners. I will only go here once in awhile. Prices going up plates getting smaller. I’d rather go to the sushi buffet and eat as much as I can for less or same price

Great spot for tasty fresh food. They have a great lunch special. Their Rocking Scallop sushi was awesome. I got chicken and broccoli the broccoli was vibrant green and perfectly cooked with tender juicy chicken. Every time I’m in coral springs red ginger calls my name. I’m also not usually a fan of hot and sour soup, however this is the only place I get it and love it!

Got takeout from Red Ginger last night. Obviously new owners. I was shocked with the take out prices got two dishes and two egg rolls the egg rolls were crispy outside but mush inside. I threw them away. The dinners were ok spicy chicken was not spicy. The fried rice was brown rice with very little egg or anything else. Not fried rice at all. Price was 35 percent higher. Was quoted one price when ordering and was higher when I paid. I guess they charge for credit cards? Never told that Disappointed

Had a beautiful Christmas meal with the family here, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, well prepared, and delivered by our excellent server Carlos.

Even when mistakes were made they were quickly rectified. Definitely will be coming back.

The quality and service here has declined significantly. The food was completely bland. The service was poor. You can get better tasting Chinese food at a mall food court than here. It’s a shame this place is no longer any good.
