Got the all you can eat option with my boyfriend and was genuinely very impressed with the speed, quality, and overall service of the place. We had a wide variety of the food (more than pictured), the portions are smaller for AYCE than the regular menu but that wasn’t an issue for us considering the variety of things we got, and if we wanted more of an item we just ordered it again.
Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I definitely will go back again.

This is our one of our favourite date night places to get sushi. The all you can eat options is a heck of a deal and the quality is so much better than you would expect to get when you see “all you can eat”. The sashimi is amazing, the rolls, salads and chicken yakatori are all stand out options.

They have a decent selection of Japanese beer, saki and cocktails. This is a bit of a best kept secret but spread the word as there is always lots of room and we want this place to keep going strong.

Came in for all you can eat sushi and it was a good meal. I wouldn’t say the sashimi or Nigiri cuts were great quality. The yellowfin was very firm and not my favorite texture when it comes to sashimi cuts. The Salmon was a bit better for texture, but its all you can eat, so the quality isn’t going to be the focus.

The rest of the menu was good. Had 4 different rolls, which were all huge. I found their rolls very large and if youre wanting just a ton of sushi then the value is there. The nice thing about this all you can eat is you can get sushi Pizzas, and yakisoba, Soba, udon, sunomono salads, sticks if chicken, all the tempura you could eat and more.

The spare ribs were a very tricky eat, and im not sure id ever get them again, however for 50$ id say if youre hungry with your boys then go to down and indulge.

Staff are great. All of them were attentive and kind, and we had a good laugh so id say great service.

I’ve just moved from Ontario to here in British Columbia and I’m a huge sushi fan so i was excited to give this spot a try and leave a good honest review but when my partner and I went to go give it a try tonight we had a terrible experience, first the chicken we ordered to our table came out raw and we had to send it back and when we got it back it wasn’t until after our meal, and also i didn’t expect this one but I was eating a salmon nigiri and I had a prick in my mouth causing my gum and lip to bleed so my appetite was ruined after that and so was my mood. While we were eating the last of our food we both started to not feel so good I’m just upset that i paid so much for bad quality food and a terrible experience I’m writing this as we’ve been home for a few hours and we’re still not feeling well. I would like to give them another chance because maybe it was just a bad time for them. Also I was upset that the ginger on our plates was dried out.

Over all a good experience. The only issue is that there was 4 of us doing all you can eat and our bill was $400.
You still decided to charge us $9 because we didn’t eat 4 pieces of the 6 piece Mexican roll we ordered. That’s strange as hell when we buy 10 bottles of saki. It only affects your tip.

We took an overnight trip to Canada and decided upon this AYCE Sushi location. We entered the building (after struggling to find parking, of course not their fault) as was greeted promptly and sat down. They asked if we were doing AYCE, and we said yes. They got us water and then asked for our first order. There was 4 of us at the table: we ordered 3 miso soup, a handful of grilled or fried items from the kitchen (different from the sushi chefs) and 5 rolls of sushi (2 sets nigiri) the server came back roughly 2 or 3 minutes later with soda that was ordered and ONE miso soup. We thought maybe she had just forgotten. So we had planned to grab her and tell her when she swung by next. This is where things took a turn. Our server was a very nice woman. However, all of the staff in this restaurant can be caught sitting by the sushi station talking or being on their phones. We should have realized our mistake when we walked in and there were 2 occupied tables. The staffing team rarely checks on the tables and spends more time chatting and being on their phones than serving. After roughly 7 minutes, our fried items and grilled items came out of the kitchen. At this point, we asked for the 2 soups she forgot. She apologized and grabbed them. She promptly returned with soup. Now, before the main event, let’s talk about the food we have already, we ordered gyoza, which had an off taste to it and DIDNT come with a dipping sauce??miso soup had barely any flavor to it, we also ordered a seafood medley dish, which we had no idea what to expect. It came out in 2 large oyster shells, and by god it was basically cream, mayo, and flakes of salmon (this really set the tone of the meal), we got some yakitori sticks, these were alright. Also ordered was a crab ball. This was good, lots of crab, a bit over fried, but honestly, the best item I ate the entire meal. Now, from the time we got our kitchen items, we waited (and no, this isn’t a gross exaggeration) 39 MINUTES for our sushi. (They have 3 sushi chefs working) we paid for our parking and realized we would only get 1 round of sushi due to how long this took. Especially with only 2 other occupied tables? Atrocious. The sushi eventually comes to the table, and we are mildly disappointed right off the bat, we try our rolls, all different types. They all taste basically the same. The nigiri was the only shining star. We ordered some Tataki as well, the first order was actually great, and the second order was not. After that, we ordered a few fried items as we gave up on sushi after the wait. We ordered some tempura and katsu items. My review of the place was set when they brought out chicken katsu, and it was literally a Tyson chicken tender with sauce over it. All in all, the atmosphere was nice, good-looking establishment, and our server was polite WHEN we saw her. The food was awful. I highly would NOT recommend this location. Also should be worth noting, we had planned on leaving a low tip due to poor service but they AUTOMATICALLY apply a 15% service charge and don’t even tell you before hand. We left 0 tip due to this (typically we are heavy tippers)

The restaurant itself looks beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but it’s clearly severely understaffed. We were seated at 7:00 PM and didn’t have our order taken until about 30 minutes later. After placing our order, almost an hour passed and the only thing we received was miso soup. We chose the all-you-can-eat option, but for well over an hour none of our main items arrived, which made the experience frustrating.
To be fair, the servers were running around nonstop and truly seemed to be doing their best. They looked overwhelmed and confused at times, but it was obvious they were trying hard to keep up. With only three servers handling the entire dining area, it simply wasn’t enough staff to manage the volume of guests. The restaurant has a lot of potential, but it really needs more support to provide the level of service it aims for.

We will not be coming back for the eat-all-you-can option. Waiting almost an hour for our order was extremely frustrating, especially with a toddler who was already complaining about being hungry. By the time the food finally arrived, we were no longer even in the mood to eat.

If the restaurant is understaffed, that’s understandable—but customers should be informed about long wait times right away. Clear communication would allow families, especially those with young children, to decide whether to stay or not. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and the excessive delay made for a very disappointing experience.

Wow. I think that’s the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.
Dining for a birthday dinner with some of us ordering from the all you can eat menu (that has a 2 hour limit) and some a-la-Carte.

We waited for at least an hour for our first order to come and the à la carte took even longer. Promises were made about food coming and it didn’t show up. No explanation no apologies. Margaritas taste like booze and ice only. The à la carte rolls tasted super fishy and were just terrible. The service, atmosphere and food were bad. Unbelievable.

I’m still sitting inside the restaurant and I’m speechless right now. It’s valentine’s day and my wife and I are still waiting for our utensils after sitting down for 50mins. We ordered the food 40mins ago and so far no food, no chopsticks, no napkins and even no explanation, literally nothing. I understand that all sushis are handmade and it takes time, but we ordered salad and hot food too. Nothing comes. I don’t believe they are ready for these days when more people are here. I can’t even rate the food for you as I don’t think they’ll ever come. Everything else is irrelevant now.

Just heard from the waiter that they have one chef shortage because of some reason. Again, to me, its not a valid excuse as they should have let customers know before letting them in, or they should limit the space so that they can actually serve.

Update my review to 2 star cause at least I got something to eat, but only couple of dishes, and its another 15mins since they gave me the soup and 5 plates of grilled stuff, nothing comes again.
