Got here at 10am. Ordered food through the app. Chose table service since it was available. My food was finally ready —half assed thrown together—- at 10:30. They did not bring the food to the table, just yelled the order number once and walked away. The only reason I knew my food was ready was because I got up and walked over when I saw that a man who had arrived 15 minutes after I had was getting his food. I saw they were preparing my order and sat back down. Then she called my number. I was paying attention, since I kind of expected that. I went over and complained. I was polite, if agitated. I told her I understood that they were busy (though I noticed the drive thru line was constantly moving) but why was someone who arrived well after me getting served before me? She just stared rudely at me until I walked away. As I did, I could hear her grumbling about me. Look, I don’t expect much from a McDonalds. The table service isn’t even necessary. But it should not take half an hour to get a big breakfast and a Diet Coke. And the orders should not be filled at random. I understand prioritizing drive thru, but there must have been two dozen drive thru orders processed before mine. And who knows how many other customers in store? It’s ridiculous.
We asked for an apple pie and a hot chocolate, and instead of just taking the order, she snapped, “What size?” in the rudest tone like we were bothering her. The attitude in her voice was completely unnecessary.
Then, when we continued the order, she rushed us again with an annoyed “Anything else?” And when we said yes, she snapped, “Well speak up, because I can’t hear you.” The tone, the attitude, and the way she spoke to us were completely unacceptable.
She was rushing us, interrupting us, and talking to us like we were a problem instead of paying customers. This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any McDonald’s.
Management needs to address this immediately because this kind of behavior will drive customers away. Extremely disappointing.
Went inside and was very welcomed even though it was close to closing time in the dining room. Manager was amazing!
Every time I’ve gone in here except for today it’s been clean. I’ve never even seen a bug. But today when I got food there was a roach just crawling around on the food… and if there’s one there’s many. So be warned.
This morning was quite different, I stepped inline to order and was greeted by a young man who was very polite. I ordered a Burrito meal and did not realize that this would be a problem. The employee seemed confused because of his lack of training.
First he was going to charge me for a single burrito and I advised him I wanted the meal. I asked him twice to ask his supervisor to come over to assist. He went into the back twice and returned by himself. I guess the supervisor was too busy to come out front.
Eventually one of his co-workers stepped over and showed him which buttons to use when entering a meal.
Finally, when I received the order the burritos were cold to the touch, probably just taken out of the cooler. I did not return to the counter because I figured it would be useless to ask for a supervisor for a 3rd time.
I fault the supervisor for not training the employees.
I urge the manager to turn this experience around and make this location a 5 star experience like it has been in the past.
