I would like to thank the crew and recognize Dillon in particular for his attentive nature. I ordered a frappe and noticed a customer left a cup of water so I said can I just get that one? Dillon and the drive thru girl , in a nice manner , said “well it’s been sitting for an hour how about I get you a fresh one? “ I said it’s ok I’m good . When they call my order up what do I see? My drink and a fresh cup of ice water .. wow good stuff crew

So today I went and ordered 4 drinks . All light ice and they filled it with a bunch of ice , the night crew sucks! This is so unacceptable, my refreshers taste so water down because of the ice. This is so unacceptable !!!

I went to the starbucks this morning and asked for easy ice. Light ice they even put it on the sticker and look how much ice is in it. Its a grande cup of ice! The sticker has the time stamp of 8:12 and its now 8:20 as im writing this! I took 5 sips! Gone! There was no one in line. Why are they rushing orders! I havent been to starbucks in months. Gave it a try again cause i saw there was no line which is rare. And i remembered why i chose to stop coming. Its slapped together and my 5 sips were not worth $5.75. These big companies just dont care.

The employees there are racist plain and simple. I was working my hours on DoorDash and when I asked to use the restroom while I waited for the order I went to pick up, they looked at me like I was less than and proceeded to say, the bathroom is for customers only. I’ve seen plenty of times where they left Dashers use the restroom so I don’t believe I was denied access to the restroom simply because I am not a customer. They really look at you like you’re nothing. It’s disgusting.

I legit heard a barista say if they dont tip she will have them waiting for a cold brew …my drink was supposed to be done at 6:51 she proceeds to take like 7 drinks out from the side at 6:57. I noticed she literally had the drinks on the side. Please keep in mind its not like I didn’t tip it just wasn’t apparently enough for her. Went on Dec 23 @ 6:47am. I dont mind the waiting either i have all morning…i was waiting for Cardenas to open at 7 but still wth.

The tables and floor were dirty.
The young girl making the drinks did not know the recipes or measurements for the drinks my chocolate mint the caramel crunch and matcha frappes all were water down all looked just like 2%milk with chocolate, caramel and matcha, they were not frappe drinks they were just 2%milk drinks. I ordered venti size drinks and my 4 drinks were half way empty. I bought this up to one of the employees he said they will fix them well they just added whip cream to all of my drinks basically he did not care about it. So I got charged for 4 venti drinks 1/2 drink and 1/2 whip cream. Definitely not worth the price and the long wait. I will not stop at this location again. I do not recommend you to go there specially when they are busy.

Amazing customer service. Really kinds ladies I met today. Unfortunately this location is just a bit ruff around the edges. Looks like it took 1 to many spills and needs a nice good touch up.

Usually a pretty busy drive thru, I got lucky and happened to come by on a slow day. I asked for extra dragon fruit on my drink, and I guess this is considered “extra”? There’s so little topping on it, I was able to count all 12 pieces of dragonfruit on it. How many would have been on my drink if I hadn’t paid for extra??
