Food was very good, although starters selection was limited and not very varied (no pakoras, no wings, no prawns, which you might assume would feature as this is a Thai/Indian buffet). I recommend the Thai stir fry.
Service was shocking, specifically management. We got there at around 3:15, so assumed as advertised we’d pay the lunch rate which states on the sign outside is on until 4pm. When we got the bill, they tried to make us pay the evening rate, even though it was just past 4pm, and we arrived well before this time. The excuse we got from the manager was that we “got food from the left counter” and we “arrived after 3.30pm”. No one told us anything about this (and we also arrived before 3.30pm), to which he blamed on his staff by saying “some of my members of staff are just stupid”. After some back and forth he begrudgingly and in a rude way corrected the bill to lunch rate.
I can understand there might be some fine print or some limits, but the sign outside says clearly lunch rates until 4pm. If you have a cut off time, it’s up to the manager to train his staff. Dismissing and insulting their staff members is just irresponsibility and lacks leadership. Can’t blame waiters look so miserable working there, I feel so sorry for them.
Advice for management: be straight forward with your policies, train your staff and own your mistakes.

Love this place. Food is consistently delicious, great range – doesn’t feel like simple cheap food which is rare for an all-you-can-eat buffet. Desserts are amazing too. Staff very attentive and lovely too. We will be coming back again!

Food was bland, expensive for what it was. The beer tasted like soap. In the Space of 5 minutes we had four different people ask us what our drink order I was even though we had asked for 5 minutes to read the menu. Constantly being asked if we were done with our plates while we were still eating on them. The desserts had no labels, no organization and was told there wasn’t something in it when there was. Worst of all the cleaning standard of the toilet made me regret eating there it was smelly gross doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. When you have so many staff checking on the tables one of them could have checked on the toilet. Left the building feeling sick.
The music was way to loud couldn’t hear myself think.
I’ve been here a couple of times since it opened every time it seems to get worse.

First time visiting this restaurant and we were very impressed. Huge variety of dishes, all hot and well presented. Gave us the opportunity to try lots of new dishes. Staff were very attentive and friendly and helped advise us on the desserts which were very tasty. Good price and definitely worth a visit. Thank you.

Decided to have lunch here for the first time. Enjoyed the buffet, a good selection to choose from.
Wanted a soft drink, ordered soda and lime.
It wasn’t on menu. Shocked at price when we went to pay. £4.80!!! We challenged this as a ridiculous price and was more costly than any soft drink on actual menu. Was informed that this was the price!
Well that’s my one and only visit.
