I have held off on a review just to see if the food is actually consistent, I can confirm the level of consistency at this location is amazing! The prime rib steak burger is a must! I’m not sure the names of the workers but it seems like its always the same faces and they deserve a big thank you! Great food!

While clean there is a constant whine of something that is extremely annoying. I came in for a Chicago dog. It is not on the menu, the girl said they have all but the sport peppers. I said you keep poppyseed rolls but not the peppers, she said they have never had poppyseed rolls. So why have that in large letters on the building if you never had the actual product? I opted for a double cheeseburger and tots. So much mustard that I could taste nothing but. The tots were mush, hard to eat even with a fork. They did remake them though. All in all I should have just went elsewhere, not worth $12

Food is always great, once you finally get it. Takes forever to get waited on, most of the time it’s a bunch of teenagers just standing around. Place is not kept clean or stocked in the lobby. Looks like milk for milkshakes spends more time on the counter than in the fridge. Again food is always consistently good from here but this place is the product of being ran by teenagers so good luck if you’re in any kind of hurry I’ve seen people move faster and have better attitudes at nursing homes. Also half of the staff doesn’t wear gloves and the one girl was playing with her hair half the time I was in here. I wouldn’t normally leave this poor of a review but these are consistent issues.

Went for lunch today and it was disgusting and tore up my insides. And I know it came from Freddy’s cuz I skipped breakfast and was fine until about half hour after I ate there. Used to eat here almost once a month but after this visit I will not be back ever again.

Despite the huge sign on the building they do not have Chicago dogs. They are not even on the menu. The “steak” burger was pretty much overpowered by the amount of mustard. There also is a constant loud whining sound maybe this is the reason that the staff was slow to respond, I was at the counter a good 5 minutes before noticed. Same for the guy, the only other customer that was there during the time I was. Should have just gotten a smoothie across the street.

Wasn’t bad food needed more salt on fries and prices lowered not worth the price they should sell there meals aroun8-10 maybe sandwiches by their selfs not 10 maybe like 4-5$ would be better not to bad but not the best I paid 15 something $ for my meal

I was visiting from abroad and used the drive -thru and got a portion of frozen custard. The lady on the speaker was patient and friendly given that I had Never ordered here before. I only had a serving of frozen chocolate custard and it was divine. Thick and creamy, very good, generous portion too.

The look I got from Christin at the counter was a confused one when I ordered a #6 Combo (Hot Dog) with Peanut Butter. But then she said “We could do that”. Great customer service!!The hot dog was fantastic! Great service and food!

Showed up on August 13th around 8:55pm, whoever the larger white guy with a beard that was working the drive through window was very upset that my friend and I showed up to spend money at the establishment. Kept shaking his head while making our drinks, very bossy and rude sounding at speaker, the girl that was working was very nice, not sure why the other dude hates his job so much. Sorry for spending money at your establishment
