Went for some “FAST” food and they definetly forgot the fast part. I ordered my food a week ago and I’m still sitting here in the same chair waiting. Nobody has acknowledged that I am here. I haven’t showered in a week because I still want my food. Service is horrible I’ve heard them treat people very badly over this week I’ve been here. very upset I attempted to complain but it’s hard to when there’s nobody at the counter EVER. Make your way over to Culver’s instead they taste better anyway. ✌️

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Every single time I come here, I end up waiting at the intercom for several minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. I understand a short delay, but waiting 4–5 minutes when I’m the only car there is unacceptable and unlike any other McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Up until today, I put up with it, but today’s experience was the last straw.

I ordered a Sprite Berry Blast and asked for the foaming cream. This drink originally came with the cream, and every other McDonald’s still provides it when asked. I was told there would be an extra charge “because that was a long time ago,” which already didn’t make sense, but I paid it anyway.

When I got to the window, the drink was handed to me with the lid not even attached… it was literally sitting on top of the cup and about to blow off in the wind. I started to let the employee know the lid wasn’t on, and before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off and snapped, “I can’t give you a straw.” I hadn’t even asked for a straw.

I tried again to explain that the lid wasn’t on, and he interrupted me a second time just to say, “Have a great day,” and closed the window. The attitude was completely uncalled for. It was rude, dismissive, and honestly shocking. I shouldn’t be treated like I’m an inconvenience for simply pointing out that my drink wasn’t properly prepared.

I will not be returning to this location after this. The customer service is consistently slow, and today it crossed the line into flat-out disrespect. This employee should not be speaking to customers this way.

PS. After writing this, I looked through other reviews and I’m clearly not the only one. A huge number of people are giving this location one star for the exact same reasons… slow service, rude employees, and food or drinks not being prepared correctly. Something absolutely needs to change here, because this is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru. No one else there. Drove up to the window thinking drive thru not working. Could see people walking around inside finally asked what I wanted. Then told to park and wait some more. Will definitely only go there as a last resort

I accidently hit drive thru instead of pick up inside because their drive is always a joke. Go inside wait 10min in line, ask for my order and the one cashier doing the register with 25 people waiting says I have to get my order in the drive thru because its too complicated to fix the issue. It’s too complicated to grab my bag from the counter and pass it to me than pass it thru a window? Clearly she didnt wanna get up off her chair that she was sitting at taking orders at a snail pace. Never visiting this location again. It was a zoo.

Not even exaggerating when I say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I use to live in LA and seen some McDonald’s. Service is THE slowest. I get quicker service at Culver’s or an actual restaurant. Expect 15+ minute wait times in the drive thru.

Food is always meh. No idea why it’s so slow when food comes out luke warm. Don’t expect to go here to get monopoly pieces or any limited time items- they never seem to have them.

This is based on service (food was 5). I’m rating this location a 2 as service isn’t that good. I waited at the register for a while for someone to come. There was no one else in line. Then a person picked up her order and started talking to the worker who still stayed totally oblivious to me. We were dining in and just ordered on the kiosk & took a placard. I had to interrupt him while he was just talking with the lady. I asked for water cups to which he said – here I have your order- no napkins and not delivered to my table??? Is this the new McDonalds?; do everything myself plus no napkins on the tray? Food was a 5 and I wouldn’t fault the kitchen workers.

We were here for a quick trip, ordered an ice coffee, attaching the picture here.. I let the lady know it was not properly filled, she said the machines works that way.. I don’t recommend this place at all, didn’t get a refund or anything.

Literally the Slowest McDonald’s ever! Do no try to go here if you budget in a standard amount of time to make it to work on time.

I waited 4 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive-thru and sat in line at drive-thru for an additional TEN!

It’s utterly ridiculous.

The lady at the pay window, Brook, is probably where she should be, as far as “fast food” but could truly be a little kinder to the customers who have questions, retraining in customer service and self-management. Megan who handled me thereafter was kind. However, those windows aren’t sound proof. The rest of the staff who were talking badly about other customers, should be aware, we can hear you. Kind of tacky, but for a McDonald’s, I guess you can’t expect much.
