I am not going back to this location again. Orders are always missing something, they are always out of things. I have tried their breakfast burritos a couple of times and they are always out of sausage. Tonight they were out of hot sauce and ice for the ice machine… my order was missing food tonight too. Try the Kimberly location, it is much better.

They ALWAYS ALWAYS MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG THEY NEVER MAKE IT RIGHT. I order the same order always no chipotle add creamy jalapeño and they never get it right. Tried calling to complain for the millionth time about the same thing and the manger just says sorry we’re under staffed. SO IS LITERALLY EVERYONE AND THEY DONT MAKE EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG. While I loved Taco Bell’s food and normally the service is great, I am never coming to this location again. I waited for thirty minutes to receive my food, and at the end of the day I didn’t even receive the correct order. I’m so disappointed.

It’s always hit and miss at this place. They never take care of you if you contact them and say they didn’t give you an item. And if you go inside and show them they failed to give you something, you will stand there and wait in line again. Employees act like they don’t care that you have to wait or whether you will ever come back.
Great that they try new items but sometimes those are bad. Now they’re charging like $2.69 for chips n dip. Thats when I took a break on Taco Bell. It’s just too crazy expensive. And when the line is 8 cars long, you sit and wonder why you chose Taco Bell.
July 20, 2024 @9:26pm: I was 13th car in line for drive-thru. After about 90 seconds, the cars finally moved up. Then it was 4 minutes before the next car moved up. With a bunch of pre-made food, how is it possible that this restaurant is this slow? I should have brought a book to read while I was in line. Now that I’m stuck here, I’m wondering why I didn’t just go get Chinese food. I’ve always gotten that within 10 minutes.
For tonight, 26 minutes in line. But the order was correct. Ya can’t win them all.
They should also put a decent sized menu before the order speaker. You have to pull up at least to the speaker before being able to see their menu.
2/25: 12th in line at 7pm. Are they all on break?! Line seemed to start to move but I still had time to take pics of all the litter that seems to accumulate around the drive thru window. Maybe they are trying to go fast
by simply throwing the food at the customer.
For sure the 2 guys I saw working didn’t look like they’d taken a break or eaten. Skinny dudes. Must not eat their food.

never go to this taco bell. i waited 45+ minutes and all i wanted was a beef quesadilla and two potato tacos. i did not get the beef quesadilla. and i’m upset because i waited so long just to not get what i ordered?

So SLOW! Some people still come inside to order. 9 minutes before being asked if I needed help. 10 minutes from payment to receiving my order. Everything was cold, not made properly.

First was tryng to order a taco party pack and was told they were completely out of Doritos locos tacos. So had to change my entire order. Got a nacho bellgrande, chips were stale and they forgot the guacamole. Also got 2 crunch wraps, that didnt crunch. The what was supposed to be hard shell taco in both wraps were raw and uncooked. Nasty, unhealthy, unprofessional. I will be lucky if I dont get sick.

Very dirty, rude employees, and waited over an hour to find out food was just sitting there. No communication in the kitchen clearly and looked like a tornado ran through the back. Most the employees were cussing and the manager had to tell them their dining was still open. Seems like they only worry about their drive through and just tossing bags on the counter with an attitude. May I add that the guy working the front said “might wanna check your bag” which shows how well everything is prepared for customers. Whole pop machine was also out, all drinks were watered down and no one around to fix. Very busy which was understandable but communication would have been key. Guy just explains, we are three screens backed up as he’s just standing there. Will take myself to another location.

I love coming here for the food, it’s always on point. Hot, any adjustments correct and as speedy as rush hour permits. The people are usually mildly pleasant. But I have to say there is little to no upkeep outside. From the drive in to the drive out the parking lot and grass is littered with garbage. Even having an empty bottle of liquor (substantially sized) on the ledge of their drive-threw. Send someone out there twice or once a day please to clean up that property. I wish I had pictures.
