Staff was helpful. Place was pretty busy, I would say about 90% full which was great because pizzas were rotating in and out pretty quick. The pizza that came out were hot and fresh. There was also a really good variety during the rotations.

Took the grandchildren to eat pizza after an event today on 7/17/25 . I sat a different table and noticed an employee which turned out to be the manager. And as I figured out what was going on my grand daughter had put soda inside a water cup the manager was hollowing at my grand daughter no my granddaughter should have not put the soda in the water cup ( I payed for the drink )and a I addressed that that it was wrong to my granddaughter. This manager approach was all wrong to be in leadership at any place of business. After that I went to get more pasta and this is what I saw (see pictures ) and ask if this appearance acceptable and he said yes me seeing this nasty looking water . I decided I was done eating. So he the manager said they were cleaning up to close @9:05 when they close at 10:00pm and customers were still eating. I was on the phone and this manager walked over to me and ask if I was calling CiCi ‘s from my cell phone and by this time on talking to a family member. So my question to him was why was he asking me that, his reply was because I’m right here , now tell me does that not sound like someone looking for a reason to cause conflict with a customer .Simply because I addressed the dirty water on the steam table. when leaving going out of the door he was talking to the employees looking at me and my grandchildren laughing. So i ask if there was something he wanted to say to me , and he ask if there was something I wanted to say to him and again call himself shining in front of his employees teaching them it ok to go back and forth with a customer. I’m really concern that if this type of behavior of a grown person that suppose to be in management this business is in great trouble. You just down treat no one with disrespect when it comes to dealing with your customers. You can not tell me that if my husband was standing there at 6’3” I would have had this response. I say it was discrimination because I was female . This issue should be addressed before it gets out of control. The manager was a short bald guy he must be the owner because he sure don’t care about loosing or returning customers.

I stopped at 2 locations away from home before going on home. 3rd location was the charm. Hands down this location always has it together. That 2.99 deal is tearing other locations up but this location is handling the inflation of customers due to this deal amazingly well. Corporate needs to go in award that entire store. He has a young staff that is beyond outstanding. Especially for a Friday too.

I used to love CiCi’s going back to the high school days when you could eat for $2.99. I hung in there with them through years of price increases, even at $9.99 where it is now. I learned today that they no longer offer water cups, therefore forcing you to spend more money on either a bottled water or $4 fountain drink. We said no thanks and took our $50 out the door with us. What was once a decent budget friendly dining option has now turned into a very expensive family outing.

This place is great! I honestly hadn’t walked into a Cici’s in 20 years, but I work close to this one and I wanted to let my 3 kids (8, 6 and 2) try the grandeur that is all you care to eat pizza and desserts!
It did not disappoint! I was welcomed at the door, I learned that 3 and under buffet only costs $1.99 (which is about the value of what little one ate haha!). So for the four of us it was under $30!
We got there around 2:30pm for a hybrid lunch/dinner and I was surprised at how busy it was! Not packed but not empty. The selection of pies was great!
I was worried that the food would not live up to my nostalgic memories and I would leave disappointed, but I can honestly say, that was not the case.
The kids declared today “the best day ever” and are planning to come back on their birthdays! The ultimate compliment in my house!

I went to Cicis on NW Highway in Garland for Lunch. Worst mistake. The service is bad the bald manager is so rude. He was yelling at his employees in front of customers. I requested a Pizza and he said when we can get to it. I’ll never come back to this filthy location.

Usual Cicis’s fare. Kid behind the pizza counter was very respectful and helpful. Took a star off for service since we had to bus our own tables if we wanted space to get more food.
Pizzas were typically being restocked in portions with additional slices from under the counter so you couldn’t tell if it was old or fresh pizza until you tasted it. Best bet was to ask for a 1/2 pizza, made to order.
Always love the cheesy bread with Alfredo sauce to dip in. Alfredo spinach, bbq pork, Mac and cheese and buffalo chicken pizza are our favorites as long as they are thin crust. Hot cinnamon rolls are a must to end your meal with.
If you see something on the menu that isn’t on the buffet or want a custom pizza, ask. We got brownies since we asked.

In the afternoon of a Saturday, they are still running busy. They have varieties of Pizzas. Good services. The furnitures are clean and newer comparably. There are fresh salad bars, pizzaz, break sticks, basic pasta, desserts, and drinks. It’s a pizza all you can eat buffet. Drinks are charged extra.

Annoying that you have to pay for a water bottle now… there’s a fountain machine and it dispenses water why do we have to pay now?

For a Saturday night, the amount of options on the buffet were pretty low. Everything tasted great. We weren’t greeted upon entering and we had to wait and physically wave down someone at the buffet line to ask for a pizza request – it wasn’t super busy and there were several people in the kitchen, so it just stood out to us as unusual compared to previous experiences.
My main concern though is that they are still using single use bowls and utensils. And the plastic fork I had to use broke into pieces trying to cut a cinnamon roll.
