Condition of the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. We stopped by around 8AM and none of the tables or seats were wiped. Our group had to scavenge around looking for the least dirty table. God knows when the windows were cleaned and I’m honestly petrified that if dining areas are this dirty how dirty the kitchen would be. It’s disappointing to see such poor hygiene in a place that serves food. For a restaurant that clearly gets a ton of traffic, you’d think cleanliness would be a priority, but it’s obvious that management has completely dropped the ball here. I notified corporate for them to take action on this particular branch. Hopefully they take action very soon.

Your female bathroom at this location on the right stall is leaking water everywhere and needs to be fixed. You all don’t even check your own store. There is water all over the floor and it’s probably feces and urine everywhere. Gross.
Also, is there a reason why your employees don’t understand and acknowledge health standards at this fast food restaurant? The employee working late afternoon shift at around 3:50pm clearly doesn’t. Stuck her hand all on the underpants of the drink cup. Had an attitude, no smile, very rude. She may have been going through some rough times, but we are too. That doesn’t mean to have bad customer service. She didn’t barely look at me, no smile, just rude face and stuck her dirty hands, so now all germs were in the cup from her hands. Disgusting. You need to do better. She had a bright, yellow vest on… like the ones construction workers wear. And black clothes underneath.

Very busy location near the Dulles Expo center. I made my order through the McDonald’s mobile app and as I collected my order I recieved a proper customer welcome, reciept andvmy food right away. The food was hot the soda crisp and I wasn’t sent to park off to the side because my order wasn’t ready. This location is one of the few in the United States that I would return to when in the local area.

There was an issue with someone order ahead of us took almost 20 mins to resolve while rest of us had to wait in line and there is no exit out of the line so we had no choice but to wait. This 20 mins makes a big difference in someone schedule when we are on the way to work and school. There are other ways of handling this situation in a drive thru and not make everyone behind them wait.

The $6 meal deal is great until you get all the way home and discovered two of your four piece McNugget packs are missing. That’s half the nuggets due in our order. They weren’t even busy, we were the only people in the drive-through line so that’s not an excuse they can use. Gotta do better.

Morning time, Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when I showed her proof of purchase and failed to receive the order. I called corporate. They found the order very easily and sent management a message to resolve my issue.

I placed an order inside with the machine and it doesn’t spit out a receipt. I then proceed to wait 15 minutes for my order and they called an order number and not the name. I don’t know the order number as a receipt isn’t printed (this has been normal for 2 months now) and when the manager ask if I’m still waiting for an order I tell her yes I never received it and than asks me what I order. I tell her my name and she is clueless. I give her what I ordered and it was the order in the kitchen that has been standing there for 15 minutes. She asked the other employee if she yelled the order and she said yes, I tell her my name was never shouted and that the machine doesn’t give order numbers or receipts so how would she know. Note she only yelled the order once. They didn’t apologize and doubled down that my order number was called. Very unprofessional in my opinion fix your machines or otherwise learn the names on the order. Food was still warm enough to enjoy but I was left very mad

Unfortunately, the fountain drink equipment at this location seems to be poorly maintained. For one of the busiest stores in the neighborhood, it’s disappointing to see such a lack of upkeep. The area around the machine appeared unhygienic, which raises concerns about cleanliness and customer safety. I hope management takes immediate action to address this issue and bring the store back up to standard.

Cold fries. Service is exceptional but missed requests on added sauce requests on burgers/ sandwiches that I was willing to pay for. They are usually generous and give the customer what they ordered.
