On December 1st, I placed a delivery order totaling $36. To ensure accuracy, I spent approximately 15 minutes on the phone with the manager confirming the details. Despite this, the order I received was incorrect. I drove to the location to return the order and have it remade. I then had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the corrected order, which cost me another $25.
When I requested a refund for the incorrect order, I was told it would be processed the following day. However, when I called the next day, I was informed that the manager had forgotten to issue it. This same explanation continued throughout the week. Staff members provided inconsistent information—at times claiming the manager was on-site, only to later admit she was not and that they were contacting her only by phone.
When I requested to speak with the district manager, I was told I could not be given his name or even the name of the store manager. I was also told that all managers were unavailable. However, when I asked for the corporate office number, I was suddenly connected with the district manager. He stated the refund had been issued on Friday—despite an employee telling me the next day that the manager once again “forgot.” At this point, I do not know what to believe, as I have been misled repeatedly.
When I expressed my frustration and stated that I would come in on Friday if the issue was still unresolved, the district manager responded by threatening to call the police and then hung up on me. This level of disrespect, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
UPDATE : today is 1/27 .. I ordered delivery and their customer service is horrible! When I expressed my order was stolen from the actual store, she said there is nothing she can do about it. Also spoke with Josh Miller regarding the inconvenience he promised a gift card and I never received it. DO NOT ORDER HERE
There have been instances where employees pretended to be management, lied about management not being present, and then suddenly brought a manager to the phone. That alone reflects a serious lack of leadership and accountability.
There also appears to be no clear way to contact anyone above store management, according to the staff working there. When a business removes access to proper escalation, it leaves customers feeling ignored and undervalued.
This location holds a 2.7-star rating, despite not being open very long — and that rating speaks volumes about the ongoing issues.
As a business owner myself, I understand that customers are the foundation of any successful company. Without customers, there is no need for employees. When I spend my hard-earned money, I expect to be respected, valued, and heard.
At this point, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am extremely frustrated by the unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and mishandling I experienced at this Wingstop location. I did not deserve to be disrespected or hung up on, especially when the mistakes were not mine. I am currently out $60 due to their errors. I would strongly advise against ordering from this location. They refuse to provide any management contact information and repeatedly lie about who is actually in charge.
The manager, Tanya, greeted us as soon as we came in. Felt welcomed. Great food!
