I’ve recently started working in bowling Green, stopped in Tuesday around noon for a double cheeseburger. Extremely fast & polite service. Burger was so good i stopped for another on my way home that afternoon. Same quality & outstanding friendly service. This is a 10 star McDonald’s.

I usually have a good experience here but today the older lady that is a manager there was completely rude and hateful. I placed an online order for pick up at the counter but I was unaware that the inside was close so I proceed to the drive thru were I then was talked to rudely because she couldn’t find my order . I even tried showing her the phone and she slammed the window in my face . She finely found the order and told me that I could have mentioned that I used the pick up at counter option. That’s why she couldn’t find it, although she never asked either . She told me before she found it that it doesn’t matter what was on my phone if it wasn’t there it doesn’t exist. I can’t believe this manager acted this way because I know she has worked at McDonald’s for over 30 years and I know this because when I was a little girl she worked at the one on the bypass for years. Her attitude was totally unacceptable but maybe she is getting a touch of mental issues that is maybe leading to her rudeness because she is way on up there.

We very rarely go to fast food places but we got a gift card. I just went to the McDonald’s on Nashville Road and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac. They were so friendly and so fast. A corporates dream come true! They had me pull forward to wait for my burger which was fine because I knew it would be fresh. I only waited maybe a minute. When I got home, my burger was beautiful! It wasn’t all smashed and poorly put together. This crew has it together! Great job! You guys are awesome!!!!!!

Not only was our food not ready when we got to the window to the point we had to park. They got the order wrong. S now I have to go to another resturant to reorder food to feed my kid. Don’t have time to go back and wait on that resturant. McDonald’s used to be top tire good food fast. Now it is the slums of slow food wrong.

Very unusual, good performance by a fast food restaurant. The place was clean, service was prompt and friendly, and the food tasted great. A lot of fast food places, like some where I live are just the opposite… they are hostile, filthy ( could benefit from a visit from the board of health), sloppy and unfriendly. They should take a lesson from this Bowling Green McDonald’s!

Went through drive thru and was told to pull up to wait for my food. Not sure why I had to wait, burger and fries were both cold and the amount of grease in the burger container was scary.

I used my points to get a free breakfast sandwich. It was almost lunch time but my biscuit was as if it was just cooked. It took a few minutes for it to be brought out but the lady that brought it out was super nice and apologetic. I didn’t catch her name but whe was super nice.
