Only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the waiter Devyn was great. But the food was a waste of time and money. The quesadillas had very little to no meat, cheese or anything inside. Super dry. The manger remade them and they came out even worse. The chicken tenders had no Nashville sauce on them bc it was at the bottom of the plate! The drink had no alcohol in it and it wasn’t filled to the top when they brought it. It was like drinking juice. I would not return or recommend this location.

We had a great meal. Food was amazing, but floors were sticky everywhere you walked and they maybe need a few more servers during peak hours. But overall a great place to have lunch or dinner.

Hadn’t been to Chili’s in probably 15 years, I was missing out! The brisket quesadilla was outstanding, absolutely delicious and filling for a big guy who eats a lot. Our server was very pleasant and attentive, we were pleased with our meals. Other party had surf n turf that she enjoyed and I tried her steak and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. A+. I’ll be back again soon…

As a foodie, I love food and I can tell you the bacon rancher burger was good yet lacking on ranch and no onions at all seen on my burger. The patties were well cooked and juicy. The lack of condiments on my burger was VERY VERY DRY and VERY disappointing. I was looking forward to the ranch on a RANCHER burger. I hope staff does a better job of delivering the promise of a beautiful, pristine, JUICY, and wet burger. I love the burgers just wanted more moisture with mine instead of the dry. Not worth the big spend of 23$ imo, next time I’ll go for the pasta and give it a go. Overall this place is getting a 2 star review from me.

We took advantage of the $10.99 3 course meal. The entrees were piping hot and scrumptious! It was so filling, we both had to take home 1/2 of the delicious burgers for a second meal at home! Steven in the kitchen did a great presentation of our meal. Our server Jackie was very attentive with a very bubbly upbeat personality. We noticed Sharina the manager checked on each table of guests. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and I will never step foot in this Chili’s again. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and downright disrespectful. The food was terrible across the board. The ribs were fatty on top and burnt on the bottom, wings were hard as rock, the asparagus super salty and the Chicken tenders felt like rubber.
For a restaurant chain that claims consistency, this location failed miserably. What made the experience truly unacceptable, however, was the behavior of the manager. Instead of being professional, polite, or helpful, the manager was rude, dismissive, and made an incredibly inappropriate and racist comment. We were told that we “must have twins” because other people who “looked like us” had supposedly been there before. This was our first time ever visiting this state, let alone this Chili’s, so the comment was not only ignorant but offensive. No customer should ever be stereotyped, profiled, or made to feel uncomfortable based on their appearance.
The waitress did absolutely nothing to improve the situation. She was inattentive, unfriendly, and acted annoyed. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
Between the awful food, the terrible service, and the rude, racist behavior from management, this Chili’s completely ruined what should have been a simple meal. Save your money, your time, and your dignity, and eat literally anywhere else. This location does not deserve business until major changes are made.
