I’ve had 2 terrible experiences there in the last week. The first I ordered a #1 meal at 10:14am and they made me pull up and wait. I received my meal at 10:29am and upon looking they gave me the #1 lunch meal when I wanted #1 breakfast. I quickly pull around and the lady apologizes and tells me to go to the window and let them know. I pull around at 10:31am and they all act confused and say it’s no longer breakfast so they cannot give me hashbrowns or a chicken biscuit (1 minute late…?). I requested a refund which they gave me. If I had worked there I would have given the customer the correct order even at 1 minute past breakfast ending since it was our fault they did not get the correct order.

The second visit I had a free Chick Fil A sandwich gift card. Upon ordering I asked the worker if I could use it on a spicy sandwich. She told me yes. I said perfect! I pull up to the window and they act like I am trying to steal 30 some cents from them personally. The worker tells me I cant use the coupon on a spicy and that she “personally” will talk to every single worker and tell them that is NOT allowed. I worked in retail for 7 years and her reaction was just odd. I don’t think a 30 some cent difference is worth arguing with a customer but maybe I worked during a time where we treated customers with respect and tried to do what is best for them.

All in all, won’t be back to that location and hopefully none of my friends and family will either!

Always love going here for lunch just make sure that the workers taking your order hears you. I had ordered 2 #1meals and the grilled chicken deluxe meal, and by mistake I got 3 # meals 1 being a deluxe instead. Not a huge deal for most just at the time I couldnt eat fried foods.

This is the nastiest Chick-fil-A we have ever been in. My feet slid on the floor, the tables were in desperate need of a good wiping off and there was ketchup all over one of the stools and table leg. My bread fell apart as if it had been frozen and thawed and had been around a while. Absolutely disappointed and will never come here again.

It was extremely packed especially the drive-thru every time this was the first time I had ever been me and my daughter to Chick-fil-A the cashier lady was was the nicest person to think I’ve ever met in my life the weight on the food was not long at all even though they were extremely packed we set up the window and watched the four people directing and taking orders through the two lines of drive throughs. And they all seemed extremely happy and nice everybody in that store that works there seemed extremely happy never a stop of people coming there to eat it was pretty awesome. But if you’re in the Drive-Thru be ready to be at the bottom of the hill coming up to be in the line if you can get a parking space go inside

Very crowded. Drive thru lines are ridiculous. Just to get on the parking lot took 5 minutes. Went in instead of braving the drive thru. Even that took 10-12 minutes to get food. Speaking of, food was meh this time around. Ashland Chick-fil-A is better in all regards. To the owners … It would make a lot of sense to build a Burlington -South Point location. MANY potential vacant lots – one directly across from Guthrie’s. With the amount of traffic and business you see, it would be a sound financial investment!

Food is fresh at least half the time and when it is fresh, it’s divine. Ordered two large drinks, during a boil water advisory apparently, (with no mention from the kid taking our drive thru order) and was up charged for two large drinks only to receive… lukewarm cans of coke. That sort of thing happens at this particular restaurant fairly regularly, and the teenagers have a bit more of an obnoxious affect than at other CFA’s. Frustrating and a little bizarre.

Took forever to get my food. Ordered on the app hoping to speed things up. Chose to eat at the restaurant. Would had been better if I got in the drive through. Took 10 minutes AFTER I was sent a message saying my food was ready. The sandwich and fries were cold. Seems they ignore the restaurant patrons.

Absolutely the worst chick-fil-A that I’ve ever been to in the US. Fries were old and not fresh. The meal was barely eatable!!
Chicken nuggets were under cooked.
Staff was unfriendly! Ive never experienced this before at a chic-fil-a in any state that I have visited.
Will definitely not go back to this location while I’m in town.

Absolute worst parking lot design ever created. Very little parking with the drive thru line blocking the entrance to even get into the lot to park. You can’t even park in another lot next to the place because it’s on an island with 30 ft retaining walls. The workers cared more about complaining to each other than taking my order.
