Braums is probably my favorite fast food restaurant in the state. Being a truck driver, I’ve probably been to most of them in the state. This location is by far the nastiest one I’ve ever been in. Just dirty all around. From the drink and condiment station to the the floors and tables. Had I gone into the bathroom before I ordered. I probably wouldn’t have ate here. The condition of this location is unacceptable. Whoever runs this location needs to do better.

Braum’s is a good place to get food and ice cream.
The only bad thing about Braum’s is: each store doesn’t sell the same kind of ice cream.
So you have to search each store until you find the kind that you want.
And Braum’s doesn’t take suggestions on flavors of ice cream.
So far that’s the only thing that I have a problem with.

It is Sunday January 25th there’s ice on the ground but the roads are clear and McDonald’s Whataburger Taco Bell are all closed. So thank you braums!! I was starving and y’all came in clutch as always!! I appreciate you guys for staying open

Staff can’t figure out how burgers work. Last week asked to add mustard so they didn’t put ketchup on, today asked for both so they put it on different sides of the meat… Which is burned into dry charred grossness yet somehow cold. Corporate PLEASE retrain or turnover this braums staff

The burger was good and so was the candy bar mixer. I saw this place passing through and had to stop. I love both of the major food items they offer lol. They did not disappoint. Now the burger was not in the top ten but it was for sure dependable. Good flavor and not dry. I got the bacon double. Probably the best way if you ask me. The ice cream was great! Not like any I have had before. Creamy and smooth. I would go here again if given the chance.

Braums is my favorite ice cream. There is nothing more tasty to me.
At times, you will have to wait long for food. But I understand the staffing issues the shawnee locations have. The staff genuinely do their best even in tough rushes.
And once I am having my shake all my woes go away, anyway. Worth the wait.
