First time trying this place. The food was good but my wings were really small compared to what they usually are. This location was really cold inside and it seemed like they had the ac on. Service wasn’t great, looked like there was i server for the whole area. Had to flag her down a few times for refills. We will give this place another try.

I hate this place …. It is like swinging a carrot from a pole in front of a horse. They advertise all these deals on the app, but if you try to cash in on them forget it. I haven’t been here now for a while, used to be often for years. They are too dam expensive…. There BOGO is not buy one get one free… You will pay a minimum of $18 just for 6 piece BOGO wings only … No drink, and no side (it’s all extra $$$)…. What a sham. If you try to combine promos they will ‘carrot ‘ you on their app with a promo desert

I arrived shortly after 9:15 PM. I waited over five minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was even there waiting before being asked if I wanted to be seated or if I was picking an order up. I would say normally that wouldn’t be too uncommon if they had been busy, but this is not the first time this has happened. I was finally approached by a waitress, who asked if I wanted to be seated or if I was picking something up and she not only sat me in a comfortable seat, but she was not supposed to be my waitress and she ended up being my waitress for the visit. The alcohol was great. The food was definitely not. I had to have my fries Remade and the second time they came out cold I decided I just didn’t want them. They also made my Chicken wrap with cold chicken. This tells me that they’re not making fresh food. I understand, trying to utilize all this stuff that could be put in a warmer, but it didn’t even feel like the food has been put in a warmer at all. This is not the first time I have come and received subpar food. When the restaurant first opened, it seemed like not only did the staff take pride in Servicing the customers, but the food was very amazing. The price is reasonable if the food is fresh, but when you consistently go, and the food is subpar because it’s simply served cold, and after it has sat for a long time, it does discourage a person from wanting to go. From somebody who works in customer service, I know that the company has to be Losing a very large amount of profit because they are having to discount so many Items because they’re not made Fresh and I think it’s sad because the food actually Should be relatively easy to make fresh and in a timely manner. I would prefer to wait a few extra minutes and have fresh food then to be served food that is Not worth paying for. Can the server was great she was very kind about the whole situation. The drink drinks from the bar were great and they came very quick. Please take more time And a little effort to make fresh good food. The food is why I go there.

Ordered plain boneless chicken, fried pickles, and pretzels with dips for everything and veggies. Didn’t receive any dips or veggies…this is the second time I’ve left with stuff missing. I asked the girl to make sure they had the dips and everything in there and I guess I’ll have to just start checking or stop going all together.

The food was meh. The cheese curds tasted like straight up salt, and the wings were over cooked! Think ill still with going into the restaurant. When I’m in it’s way better quality.
