It’s been a long time since I’ve had Panda Express, and since my little niece had never tried American-style Chinese food, we decided to give it a go. It brought back memories of when I used to eat it often during my school days.
The staff here were really friendly, and the portions were generous. I went for the Big Plate with Teriyaki Chicken (always big chunks!), and it was great — especially with the teriyaki sauce. The Kung Pao Chicken was also really good; even though it’s American-style, it still had a nice mild spice and good flavor. The String Bean Chicken Breast was tasty as well.
What I love most is how filling their meals are — really satisfying. My niece enjoyed it too!

My food was delivered, it seemed cold or old. Food tasted bland. Crab rangoons no sauce. They didn’t give me my drink. Order came with very little meat portions.DO BETTER or change jobs.

I always recommend getting extra chow mein teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. Today they were offering Hot orange chicken so I switched it up but was very enjoyable. Always my best bet will be back again.

Off night, showed up an hour before closing and the AC is off, lights are turned down low and they don’t have much food. Only orange chicken left and most tables closed down and they are sweeping while people are trying to eat. Normally have great experience at this location. Will update this review when I come back.

Cancelled my door dash order 30 minutes before closing. They never told me. The driver arrived and the store employee said they wouldn’t make the order. Mind you we have waited 40 minutes and the app said order made driver picking up. The employee at Panda was very short with me. It’s the attitude that lost my business. Feel sorry for the door dash driver.

This is my favorite Panda location!! They are so accommodating, make food fresh even if you arrive late!. Love the staff the ou get great service from open until closing! The food is always wonderfully fresh and flavorful. I drive out of my way for this location.

My favorite place for a pocket friendly quick Chinese plate.. My little daughter likes their special orange chicken.. I usually prefer Teriyaki chicken, kung Pao Chicken, mushroom Chicken and my favorite one is Black pepper chicken, now a days which is discontinued by them.. Don’t know why!! But I am still waiting for a black pepper chicken meal again.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER PICK UP/DELIVERY from this location if you expect to get all of your food. I have ordered from this location several times but this is the last time. They are are completely incapable of getting the ENTIRE order into the bag. Multiple times they have short changed me on an appetizer and dessert but this time is was an entire entree – oops! I didnt need to feed everyone tonight. I ordered through the Panda Express Website added a note asking to recognize that the appetizer was a LARGE. I never imagined I needed to explain send all of my family meal.

Update:. After a year, my brother got take out from this location and huge improvement on food! See update picture. But still messed up my order “missing an item”. . update to 3 star.
We gave 3 tries but the store at pleasant Hill is way better. The noodles are dry,. And most are over cooked. They even getting online orders wrong. We went there three times because it is just so closed to where I live, hopefully this will change their food quality. See picture,. Did they manage to burn the cabbage but is under cooked.
