I must commend the staff at Sushi Sake Bird Road. Tonight we celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday with her group of friends. I must say that from the service to the food it was 100 percent outstanding! From the manager, hostess, servers , busboys, and just the staff overall, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. I am so happy we came to celebrate at Sushi Sake. Definitely a 10/10! So happy to have this gem in our neighborhood. Congrats to the staff! Thank you for making my baby’s birthday unforgettable.

We had such a great experience at Sushi Sake thanks to Yuny and Alicia! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome with their warm personalities and excellent service. They were attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right time and making sure everything was perfect.
Yuny was so friendly and upbeat, making the atmosphere even better, while Alicia went above and beyond to ensure our food came out quickly and just the way we wanted. We definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Yuny and Alicia if you want top-notch service!

TERRIBLE, Order was stated to be ready at 8:55. The website said it was ready. I get there and there was a line of 7 people in front of me. Most were uber eats or DoorDash drivers. Most were there early so their orders weren’t ready but they were crowding the pick up area. Finally I had to speak up to be helped. The orders aren’t ready the dishes are scattered on the counter and someone else has to put them in a bag for you. Finally got my order and checked to see if all 5 items were there. Went home and the tempura rolls that are set to come with the sweet eel sauce as in the menu had instead soy sauce, NOT GOOD! A tempura roll without the eel sauce isn’t the same. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, they don’t include any chop sticks or at least utensils, no napkins either. They suck, period.
