This is our preferred location. The staff are always friendly and the area is generally clean. IHOP was not one of our regular breakfast/brunch spots but their breakfast faves menu has helped us come to enjoy it more. I hope it’s kept on the menu.

Maria, our server, was wonderful!! I needed a little help redeeming rewards from the app for the first time. In the moment, I was struggling to figure it out. Our orders were accurate and arrived promptly, and she checked in just the right amount—helpful without being intrusive. Was having a rough morning when I stopped by for some yummy pancakes, food was great but my service was excellent. My waiter who goes by Jane was not only such a lovely girl but she was kind and sweet about my meal! She should be the solid standard for all food service employees at ihop, having her as my server was like a breathe of fresh air given my past experiences here at ihop.

Visited this spot with friends around midnight, and the atmosphere was great for a late-night hangout. The waiter who took our order was fantastic—efficient and attentive.
