Staff were nice. Chicken sandwich was NASTY bro like how? Couldn’t get through one bite because it was so soggy wet and the texture was off- like someone soaked it in water before frying it or something

At this specific Burger King, Store #1450 at 4960 Auburn Blvd, Sac, CA 95841, I have had nothing but great experiences. November 2025
The food tastes great and is prepared well. The delivery is done with accuracy and care. All those extras have always been provided (napkins, straw, sauces etc) and other things like salt or special requests like my chicken fries freshly cooked when asked. Not a problem!
Everyone who had helped me has been professional, friendly, proficient, and available to help!
A big shoutout to the Stores Manager, Andrea!! You care and it shows! Strong work!
The drive thru and counter service has been equally great. The prices and menu item selection is surprisingly affordable when compared to the inflated prices of similar restaurants.
The cherry on top is the cleanliness and condition of the restaurant itself! From the drink station, to the front counter, the dining room, and most impressive, the bathroom! It’s like a showroom. The kids crowns are set out in abundance and it looks like the place was recently remodeled.
Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This is accurate.
Just eat there. Support this location. Do your part to keep it nice , and stay grateful.

They are on some stupid mess. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickles, 1 medium fry, and 1 medium drink. They gave me 3 cheeseburgers, 3 medium fries, and 1 large drink. The burgers all had pickles on them. How do you mess this up so poorly!?

If I can rate this place zero stars I would. I ordered my Meal online. Does this mean my food just waits for me until I come pick it up? it should be made to order. My food was old and cold. My fries were old and cold. My burger was sloppy and messy. Mayonnaise everywhere. My fries were so old it was as if they got it from underneath the fry heat shoot. I didn’t even eat it. I threw it all the way. This place Has failed me multiple times I will never come to this specific location ever again.

Boy, I am 0 for 2 with fast food joints this week. So I placed a mobile order for a Whopper and a $1 large fries offer. Came to the restaurant and found out they’re out of Whopper patties, chicken patties, ice cream, and several other items. That’s just bad logistics. A Burger King without Whopper is like McDonald’s without Big Mac. Anyway, I had to settle for an Impossible Whopper instead. Oh and the fries didn’t look like a large size. I won’t be back to this location for another six months, too.

Sunday, I arrived in out, the queue is long and the parking lot is full, the king went to this burger, there are no people, because there is nothing to do here, I do not recommend it. I saw a combo in an advertisement like a $5 Vendis, but I don’t know the name, I ask the seller, she doesn’t understand what I want, please show me the menu. the menu is missing. the main thing about food, the burger sucks. I went to pour soda, but it turned out that it was not there, but in a glass it was just sparkling water, there were no inscriptions or warnings that the sprite was over. toilet is normal and clean.

So i swore i was gonna stop comming into this store, but there isnt one closer or as close, so im kinda stuck. The girl at the counter looked at me pretty crazy when i walked in, and when i asked her a question she answered it, but not really. I believe she said ” it does……i think” so i said” so the burger does have 2 patties? It took 3 minutes to get an answer to that question. Then i asked her another question and her response was of irritation. Im pretty sure you were hired to serve the customer….I could be wrong in a post covid world.. Then i sit down and i look over, and there is a sanitizer bucket and a chemical sprayer on the counter just chillin where people sit down to eat. Kids getting their hands on that would probably be pretty dangerous…But hey, who am i right? Seems like this resturant has gotten worse since the last time i was here. Sad.. And i usually love Burger King..

Every single time I go here they service is horrible the old lady that’s a manager always has an attitude and even the worker who served us had one too. I asked if we could do to separate payments and she said no so I looked at my friend and said to just cash app me and didn’t even say rude just told my friend I’m not sure why they couldn’t do the payment that way and that she could just send me the money and I would use my one card. The old lady decided she wanted to put her two sense into the conversation and said why don’t we do it? as she proceeded to tell me why with a attitude when I wasn’t talking to her in the first place. I ignored everything she said and just said here you go maam and gave her the money every time I come here she has a issue even saw a worker smoking a cigarette while sweeping in the front of the store won’t be going here again it seems to be getting worse as the years go on. Hire new management and employees
