Salem’s Fresh Eats is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I want something that tastes homemade but still comes out fast. The food is always fresh you can tell they actually care about quality. The chicken is juicy and perfectly seasoned, the fries are crispy and never greasy, and everything always comes out hot. Their salads and wraps are super flavorful too, and the portions are generous enough to leave you full without feeling heavy.
But what really makes this location stand out is the customer service. Every time I visit, the staff is polite and welcoming, but Angeidy, the cashier, deserves a special shoutout! She’s always smiling, kind, and patient no matter how busy it gets. She takes the time to greet everyone, double-check orders, and make sure customers leave happy. It’s rare to see that level of care nowadays, and it makes such a difference in the overall experience.
The restaurant itself is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a quick lunch or dinner with friends or family. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
If you haven’t tried Salem’s Fresh Eats yet, you’re missing out! Between the fresh ingredients, tasty meals, and excellent service especially from Angeidy, it definitely deserves all five stars. I’ll absolutely keep coming back.

Look everyone Maria has this store on point I walked into the restaurant it was very clean. The crew was on point and the experience was extremely nice for a nice spot to eat on the go it’s worth the drive. Keep up the great work you guys need a raise, bonus, or gift card for what you’re crew does.

I had gotten some food earlier today for me and my family and let’s just say it was truly amazing. The food was great, especially their mild buffalo wings and the shrimp, and the flavors were beyond my expectations. I would also like to say what an amazing server I had today, Angeidy’s service was beyond amazing, she was truly a great server and so kind. I was having such a horrible day and Angeidy really flipped my day the other way. I love what Salem’s is doing now and what they have done with everything.

I went through the drive thru today.i asked for 3 tartar sauce and was too led there be a charge.i said ive never been charged before and was told they are supposed to.i said okay expecting a charge of maybe 25 cents a piece and was told $ 3.21 for 3 small packs of sauce.if yall charge a dollar a piece for a. 2 ounce pack of sauce that’s not good business.when I got my food I told the employee “thank you “,she said nothing back and just walked away,food was great but service was poor

I’m not the type of person who is easily satisfied, but today at Salem’s on Havendale, I couldn’t ask for more. Kenzie provided me with excellent customer service—she was friendly, attentive, and helpful. She assisted me with my order and even suggested some great food options. Amazing food tonight always fresh. Amazing customer service I recommend the number 4 with boom sauce. Kenzie told me her go to meal here and it was astonishing I highly recommend. 10/10. Came here when the last manager was here and the environment was horrible, staff was horrible. decided to visit again and it was a 10/10 everyone was happy, food was amazing, and the new manager was very helpful and friendly. we hope she stays around for a while. Seems like shes getting the place back on its feet. shes doing a great job. hope to see more of her and the amazingness she brings
