I ordered a chili cheese coney, it was ice cold. The chili, cheese, hotdog and bun.
I brought it back for a remake and the chili on it was burnt and hard.
I had already taken a bite before noticing and instantly got nauseous.
I called to speak to a manager and notified him that the first one was ice cold and the one that I was just served the chili was burnt.
He told me that it was impossible because he was the one that made the remake.
I brought it back to sonic to show him that was burnt and requested a refund.
Absolutely horrible, how can they serve that to customers

All the girls that work here are just awesome. So friendly and professional. And heavenly ” the pregnant ” employee needs a raise because she does an amazing job and i can tell that just as a person she is amazing. Give her a pay raiae. And ive only met a couple male employees and they were just as professional and friendly. I go here a lot and my food is always as i expect it to be. Congratulations to this location for having such great staff

The kids’ Corn Dogs were not cooked all the way, the Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito™ was inedible as you can tell by the picture (large burnt chunks of meat, and where are the eggs?), and all of the food was ice cold even though we live nearby.

When we pull to the drive-through, we were told it’d be a few minutes after several cars pulled in behind us and left. We noticed we’ve been there 20 minutes we two left to which as leaving when we saw an employee walking back across the street so I don’t even know if there was anybody in there. So we drove down the street turned around and came back. There were two trucks in the drive-through now their order was taken when we pulled up. We were told please hold. It’ll be 5 to 10 minutes before we get back to you.

After reading the reviews they are so correct. Took almost 50 minutes for our food. We pressed the button to ask about the order and they gave us attitude saying it will be out when ready. Then they ignored us. We had to call and then they finally got us our order. The lady said they were waiting on the food to be made but when I grabbed into the bag right away everything was cold. Just going to contact corporate for a refund since I’m sure it would have taken another 30 minutes to just reach them for one in person…

I showed up and placed my order, December The 27th 2025 excited to buy some drinks for my kids… and the woman taking the order must not have heard me. She asked me to repeat myself. I did so politely twice asked me what else I wanted. I told her that was it for my order. She started to yell at me through the drive-through that I could go ahead and leave! I explained that I just repeated my order and she was not listening or being polite. However she dismissed me through the drive-through so I left. I guess sonic That doesn’t need any business. Seeing as though the employees are allowed to pick choose and refuse service.

Walked up, patio empty, hit button to order, nothing it timed out, Repeat, then another Repeat, finally voice says “wait, be with you soon” no manners, giving an order.
I say, “been here about 5 min” answer back is “are you going to come back and help?”. Rude.
Asked the young man at the door “was that just you on the box?” He said no, I asked for the manager, he said he was. I told him what happened and he said “I just got here” and offered no help. I left.
Tour customer service is poor, 1) you don’t direct customers, 2) you don’t make wize cracks at customers you are delaying service to, and 3) managers address problems and improve the situation instead of clearing themselves of any responsibility and offering no help.
Can’t comment on the food when your employees won’t take an order.
Can assure you your employees defined your business today.

Ordered 3 drinks via mobile, waiting at stall since 10:04 PM it’s now 10:31 and many cars have came and gone. I didn’t know slushies took that long to make. Guy at the window stated they were under staffed and the machines don’t notify them of arrivals via mobile app after checking in even though the machines stated we were there, usually this is the case. Not a fun time would not recommend coming at later times.
