I just wouldn’t order a large ever again. They told me it’s because I ordered less ice. So that tells me the measurements are as little coffee as possible to have the cup full of ice. Asked if I wanted more ice like watering it down would make me happier. It’s deceiving to pay more for the same amount you would get in a small or medium. It’s just the ice makes it look like more. So your not paying for more coffee, you’re paying for more ice in a bigger cup

The one and only Dunkin’ Donuts I go to fr. I live 23 mins away from here plus traffic time.. my boy xya and Caleb always greet me with the best service. Xya drinks is always off the walls man. Attitudes from both are always the best !

What a terrible experience. We ordered a hot latte and it was delivered cold. We asked them to remake it, but the person in charge started complaining and gave us half a coffee, which she then threw on the counter. The manager, Allison, needs to go home and take a nap and come back without the attitude.

i usually don’t leave reviews but this was such a terrible experience that i have to. coffee was the usual dunkin but they didn’t have a bunch of items (no hot drinks like lattes and cappuccinos or anything oatmilk based). my issue tho was the cashier/barista who’s name was juice i believe, was SO rude to me and my family. rolling her eyes at us, super unhelpful and just overall mean. terrible costumer service!

I stopped in right at opening for coffee and breakfast, and the service was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Amber, who made the experience so enjoyable. She was friendly, funny, and incredibly patient while helping me decide on my order—even though I can be a little indecisive with my coffee requests. Not once did she seem rushed or annoyed, which really stood out.
It’s clear this location has an excellent team, and I hope management recognizes the great work they’re doing. If you stop by, I definitely recommend asking for Amber or Lauren—they made my day!

Drunk and Rowdy
beware when ordering from the app, they are likely to not have what you ordered and not have a substitute, as this has happened multiple times. that’s is they even allow mobile ordering, as they have turned this off during “peak times”. I have given this dunkin several chances (10+) hoping each time will be better, yet let down time and time again. the staff are clearly overworked and being in a tourist town, the chaos and confusion inside the store is very real. inconsistent coffee and food. save yourself the headache and drive to another Dunkin.
