If it was busy I would understand but we were the only ones there. Everything was so greasy. From the patties to the hot dog and ESPECIALLY the Brussels sprouts. Honestly so disappointed. We still ate everything because we don’t waste food and it was expensive. The sweet potato fries were hard and you could tell the oil is old.
Also, we placed a mobile order and changed our mind and decided to eat in store. I asked the cashier if it was OK if we could just eat inside and his response was yes you can eat inside. Just don’t make a mess.

My daughter and I went to eat there. It was first time for her. We both order the Double Truffle burger, bunless for her, and mine with bean patties. We were super pleased with the food quality and the service we received. The cashier was very welcoming to us. We also enjoyed the red potatoe waffles Prices are affordable.

Waited about 20 minutes for our food, that’s fine because we didn’t have anywhere to go. Finally got our food but was missing our garlic fries. Lady told us they would be right out. Finished mine and my boyfriend’s food, waited about 10 more minutes after for the smash fries and still nothing. I was refunded, but not even having fries with my burger is ridiculous.

As usual, the food was great, and the service was great. The only reason for 4 starts is that the tables were not cleaned. After our order, we were looking to be seated and saw 3 tables. None of them were cleaned, so we sat on 4 table and cleaned it with the tissue. For some reason, Smashburger employees never laugh or don’t show a welcoming attitude. I saw the same at Lake Pleasant complex and thought rough day or something else, but this time went for this one, and it was the same. That’s one reason why I don’t like to go to Smashburger, though I love their burgers.

Arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 to be told they wouldn’t take our order for 30 minutes. No explanation or apology. Just unwilling to serve anyone. It doesn’t take a lot to attempt customer service so hopefully someone can provide some training on what to do when the store is busy (because you need to be busy to stay in business).
