Only reason I’m giving a 5star is for Sydney who helped me on 03/01/25 around 7:10pm I had been waiting on my online order for over 15minutes after checking in on the app , I got frustrated so I pushed the red button which someone answered and said my order had been ready and should be out shortly (I ordered a drink and mozz sticks) another 5 minutes go by and two other cars that got there after me get there food. I decided to just wrap around to the drive thru as I’ve been waiting for about 20/25 minutes now. Sydney greeted me and re made my food so it was hot and fresh , she walked out to my car so I wouldn’t have to continue waiting on the other cars to get there’s . Sydney thankyou for being kind and sweet to me even after I gave attitude for waiting she was the only one who made sure I finally got my order

This location should truly just close. Ive given it a few chances but I just cant anymore. Its not worth the money.

I came for something so simple, I wanted 2 BLT’s with extra bacon and as you can see, though I paid extra for that extra bacon. This is what I got. 4 pieces of pathetic bacon. The owner of this location should be ashamed at what they allow to take place here because it is a true reflection of you.

Ill never recommend this location and I pray you all do better because this is just sad.

I stopped at sonic today to get a vanilla shake and after some time something ended up in my mouth and it was dark. Tasted it and it tastes like peanut butter and looks like chocolate flakes. Thank goodness I’m not allergic to anything that I know of. And I tried calling several times and they never answered their phone. So they need to be cleaning their equipment between varieties and customers. I’d hate to have to stop giving them service if they can’t not put customers at risk.

I ordered online. My order was due to be ready 3 minutes after I arrived at 11:40. I waited 20 minutes during which time 3 carhops came out with an order that looked like mine. They looked around and took it back inside. I only ordered a tea and a chili cheese coney. There was very few cars when I arrived. I watched others arrive, order and get their food. Finally I motioned for a carhop as I needed to leave for an appointment. While I was speaking with her another carhop came by and asked what I ordered. When I told her, she gave me an order and said oh sorry we’ve been super busy. The coney was COLD! It was also made wrong. It had NO chili but instead had ketchup. I have to leave to not be late for my dentist appointment. I generally live Sonic and eat regularly at multiple locations. This one seems to always have problems. I don’t usually complain. I will not return to this location!

The food was wrong didn’t get any sauce .For the price I paid not worth it. I went and pick it up took long time to get it out. You need to find a new crew. We door dash too and have to wait on picking the food

If I could give it a zero star rating I would, however that is not an option. I order two simple drinks throught the mobile app, and waited 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I called them and asked about them. They told me they would be out in a couple of minutes. We’ll I waited 10 more minutes and they were still not out. Terrible service do not recommend.

Waited over 45 mins for a combo and large mozzarella stick. Never got it. Will never be ordering from or visiting this location again. Half the employees looked like they needed a grooming.

I have not been to sonic in many years. I pass by it frequently as my husband and I go out to other places to eat. I decided this evening to give it a try and see if it’s still as good as it once was. It definitely was not. The cheese tots only had about 10 pieces in both of orders and my husbands cheese coney had a spoonful of chili on it. The bun was shrank and it was just a terrible experience all around. We will definitely be going back

In Stall #30. Took 8 minutes after pushing the red button before anyone came on and tried taking my order. She said she couldn’t hear me, and by the time i turned my truck off, she turned off my stall. Push the red button a second time, took about 5 minutes to come on to take my order. Truck is off this time and she still says she can’t hear me, so now I’m talking so loud they can hear me through the walls. Finally starts taking my order and it actually starts showing up on the screen, but before all the items are populated on the screen, it turns off and goes back to ads. Now its been 15 minutes, i still am not sure they took my order, and i still don’t know how much my order was, or even if I’m eating sonic tonight or going somewhere else….UPDATE- we never got our food! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SONIC. Taco Bell down the street, has better service, AND We actually got our food!!!

Reply to the Owner- I tried calling the 1-800 # you provided, but it said “your call did not go through, please try your call again” – so now corporate Sonic is giving out fake phone numbers to customers who complain about one of their nasty restaurants – Got it
