Ordered a double spicy western and was given a regular single one missing bacon on it and the burger was cold. My wife’s famous star was correct but the fries were stone cold … Absolutely ridiculous for being the only ones in line and having to wait in the drive thru for several minutes to receive wrong & cold food… We live not even 5 minutes away from the restaurant so good was cold upon bagging it. This location has always had multiple issues between employees & management infused to enjoy Carl’s Jr now not so much… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

This was the best fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and efficient, and my food was made perfectly. It could have been a representation for the food picture menu. This location deserves recognition.

I have had multiple experiences here with phenomenal customer service that had help make my mind to come back consistently. There are two employees named Jayden that showed the great customer service but the cooks made great and fresh food and the managers on duty were very respectful. This is definitely a great Carl’s Jr to visit.

I ordered the California burger as a combo. The burger was half the size of the advertisement, had very little sauce, crappy iceberg lettuce and was the size of a kids meal burger from McDonalds. Add to that, the fries were cold and soggy. Terrible food! Just terrible

I GET HARASSED BY WHOLE CROWDS OF PEOPLE THAT LOVE TO SPY AND CONSPIRE ON MY LIFE CONSTANTLY THAT IBHAVE TO WORRY IF IM GOING TO GET SICK FROM EATING THEIR FOOD. And this location has hired an older lady that is a part of the crowd that specifically targets me. I had bought a charbroiled chicken club with waffle fries and a lemonade 2 days ago during the night shift. And I feel ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. You can hear their audio system when they’re using it and can literally listen to the employees talk shit about you and they end up ultimately stalking you to your place of residence to continue further harassment. This location is untrustworthy and needs to be prosecuted for food tampering.

This meal came out to 50 dollors to order was expecting a good meal but it wasnt i ordered the double a1 sandwitch and i don’t know where the A1 steak sauce is or the onion rings, I order the a1 burger and it’s nasty and not even made right and the hand breaded chicken was given to us with out any thing other than the chicken and breed. Also ordered the Angus burger double they gave me a single burger instead of a double the burger was smothered in mayo, musterd, and ketchup barly any veggies as you can see, this was not a good meal the sad thing is I loved to go to this place but, I don’t know with service like this I don’t think I’ll be back again only positive thing about this was the drive threw lady.

Trina is the best that Carl’s Jr has, i been following her around town for sometime now and every store that she is apart of its always super clean, everyone has amazing attitudes with great customer service.

If you’re going to leave minors to run a store please teach them customer service skills.
I haven’t ordered Carl’s Jr in 5 years. This was a last resort type of thing.
I ordered a simple cheeseburger and they literally served me a burger so hard I couldn’t break the bun with my finger. (I’m sure you can see the camera footage when I came back in to ask for a refund)
There are two, maybe 16 yr old kids running the whole store. They are stressed I’m sure but did not know how to redirect to a manager on staff, or suggest a more appropriate time to contact a manager, the name of a manager or store number. As they couldn’t give me a refund. They had no resolution.
Instead I was met with a male that looked so high out of his mind he didn’t know what to say and a female that mocked me cussed at me and flipped me off. Haha.
Oh to be young again….
So I want a refund and I want you to do better Carl’s Jr! Either trains these children better or have an adult on staff to better assist your customers.

In town from Texas and the lobby was blazingly hot. Must’ve been over 90 degrees in there. Ended up leaving to go through the drive thru. Food was ok. Too hot even for a Texan
