While out of town last week, i stopped at the sonic in flagstaff with my lady. Luckily the person taking the order mistakenly wasn’t sure how many drinks we had ordered , so they brought them out to us and gave them to us for free. They were superbly made creamslushes of the fresh fruit strawberry variety.

I visited today, and it was disappointing that the menu price didn’t match the price on my bill. It was only a few dollars’ difference, but I brought up the discrepancy. I wasn’t rude, but the young attendant seemed to take it rather personally, saying it wasn’t their fault, the menu wasn’t updated, and there was nothing they could do about it.
I understand mistakes happen – sometimes there are technical difficulties, and it’s not necessarily on purpose. Still, I expect a business to take responsibility for their own error and honor the advertised price. I was genuinely surprised that they refused to do the right thing.

Under no circumstances should you order breakfast foods here. We got 3 breakfast burritos 2 Super sonics and 1 ultimate meat and cheese. Neither one had any meat and they were all tiny.. go to maverick instead

They have some great happy hour stuff during different times of the day, and we love their shakes. However, they are way overpriced for the lack of quality of the entire menu. It’s fast food yes, but should be consistent and not so ridiculously expensive for the crappy food. Would not recommend except for shake happy hours.

Got my drink in under two minutes today – AND they extra lime I ordered was worth it – could actually taste it (Diet Coke and lime is my usual and it usually doesn’t taste like someone squeezed the lime or added the extra wedge that I paid for- so todays experience made me happy )
I’m a regular and have always loved sonic and try to tip every time – today’s team was excellent – friendly and quick ! I hope this location stays on the up and up. Sonic was my first job as a teenager and so I’m always rooting for our local stores to be awesome

Got some Lukewarm corn dogs from them and didn’t get the correct change back when he had to go inside to get my 13 $ back he brought me 12 $ , every time I go here to this hood location it’s always something they mess up with my order and I said that I would never go back again to this place again but hey my pet dogs loved them cold corn dogs I’m happy they were on sale today because they were happy to eat them 20.68 – 7.68 = come up lol
