I was very impressed with this location. It is incredibly clean and open. The staff is very friendly as well. We stopped after a dentist appointment in the morning and a staff member was at the front door smiling with free coffee! How sweet and welcoming! Great location and will recommend!

I went to this location and got a 20 piece chicken nugget and they ask at the speaker what sauce you want, I said I want extra extra ranch. I am not sure what the standard amount you give out for a 20 piece chicken nuggets but on the low end I would assume at least 3. I get my food and check the bag and there is no ranch, I ask the employee for ranch and she gives me 2 and I said I got a 20 piece nugget can I get more ranch and she argues with me saying that she can’t give me anymore. So when I do not drive away and explain again that I got a 20 piece she said she could get me 2 more, when she goes to get them the other employees start yelling at her that I’m going to have to pay, which I would totally understand if I was getting a wild amount of ranch but at this point I have TWO, which doesn’t seem like a lot… she comes back with 1 more which means I had to fight with employees to get 3 ranches for a 20 piece chicken nugget. Seems like a weird thing to fight with a customer about since this is a billion dollar company and ranch cannot be where they are losing their food costs at to the point where they argue with the people that pay their paychecks. Get a grip on your team.

Absolutely the WORST customer service!!! The will let you stand in front of the computer and refuse to acknowledge you for 10 minutes. No one ever came as I waited since the kiosk wouldn’t print me a receipt. Thankfully the woman came out with our food looking for our table first. I eventually said “Hello?” As they “ a male manager” were 6 feet away still completely ignored me. As we sat and ate watched another family waiting at the desk for over 5 minutes they could t get help either and just decided to leave. A girl came to clock out in the computer and would t even look or acknowledge me! Lol These people dead inside??? This is why they want to replace you with robots. So pathetic. Happened at

Ordered through the app and drove up to the drive thru attendee who told me to go around back into the drive thru line just to give them the app code and would not take it there. I said I would go inside and he had no problem with that I thought. Parked and went inside and they intentionally ignored me, called me names, made fun of me, and laughed in my face. I had to ask for my food again and again while they continued to ignore me. They finally gave me my food after waiting 10 mins and even forgot to give me my drink. I had to ask for it. They also got my order wrong even though I ordered through the app. What difference does it make if I go inside to pick up my order?! I paid and ordered through the app. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Look at my sandwich with 2 pcs of lettuce.

We arrived around 10 PM, and waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes, and then they pulled us ahead for another 5 minutes. Assuming everything would be fresh, we waited until we got home to open the bag. Almost every meal was wrong, and the bun was hard as a rock. The fries were also extremely cold and hard. This is my second bad experience in a row with this location, specifically at night.

I ordered a large caramel frappe with extra extra caramel drizzle and they definitely did not disappoint! Usually if I order my frappe that way I barely get any drizzle on the cup but they hooked it up!

Went on a Friday night at a non dinner hour but not abnormally late. I tried several times to communicate my app code to the worker where there continuously asked me to repeat myself before I gave up. Once we ordered and paid we were directed to pull forward. We were given our food with items missing and no receipt. Since we were unable to use the app and given no receipt we had no way to complain other than receiving the terrible service.

I love McDonald’s Big Breakfast. Yeah, it’s a sit down meal. Can’t one hand it.
Great meal, great price for egg, sausage & muffin. But none of the outlets can quite get it all right when it comes to ancillary items. Sometimes they miss the S&P, sometimes the jelly. Yesterday I came up missing a knife!
