IF I COULD HAVE GAVE ZERO I would have.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. I first went through the drive-thru around 7:15 PM and was told they were still cooking dirty rice and that it would be a while. Since they couldn’t give me a clear time, I left and came back at 8:20 PM, this time going inside.
When I walked in, I was told they were out of dirty rice and that they were shutting things down because they only had two people working. One of the young employees was removing food from the front counter and never greeted us. He had headphones on, so I had to get his attention just to ask if they were still open. He said they didn’t close until 10:00 PM, which made the situation even more confusing.
My concern is that if you are open for business for another three hours, food should still be available and being prepared. Instead, items were being taken away, and the food that was left sitting in the window didn’t even look warm.
I understand being short-staffed, but communication, customer service, and food quality should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

Disappointing expierence. Woke up and drove 15 min to this location only to wait in line for 30 min with ab 5 cars in total in line. I asked for a large bo round with my order and was given a regular, was informed they had absolutely no sodas available (it was sunday at noon). Then when i finally recieved my food i looked at bo rounded to find them looking like a nugget from mcdonald’s, they look burnt or cooked in bad oil but either was these are not what bo round normally look or taste like.

I stopped by the Bojangles in Hiram, Georgia, on February 18, 2026, to pick up a quick breakfast, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Navigating the location was a bit of a chore as the parking lot was crowded and the drive-thru lane is designed in a way that forces you to circle the entire building just to enter. The building and the surrounding lot definitely showed their age, maintaining a very “typical” fast-food atmosphere that felt a bit worn down.
The real frustration began with the service regarding my mobile order. After placing my order through the app and arriving at the drive-thru, I was initially told that I had to come inside to pick it up. Because of my handicap, I explained that I wasn’t able to go inside and asked to cancel the order instead. At that point, the employee at the speaker relented and told me to pull around to the window. Although I was technically “greeted” upon arrival at the window, the interaction was completely devoid of warmth or hospitality.
The staff member who handed me my food was not friendly at all; there was no verbal greeting, no parting words, and a general demeanor that made me feel like my presence was a major inconvenience. It is a shame because the two sausage biscuits I ordered, which cost about $4 plus tax, were actually hot and delicious. However, even high-quality biscuits can’t make up for such a dismissive vibe. Despite the food being exactly what I wanted, the lack of accessibility consideration and the unfriendly service mean I won’t be returning to this specific location.

Waited 15 mins for fresh chicken was given burnt over cooked chicken that tastes like was cooked in old oil. Had to throw it away.

i love the food and customer service today I order a large dirt rice i usually get the small but i want it bigger portions since I was sharing it with my mom, but it was halfway gone and i didn’t get what i paid for it was very upset and i order it thru drive thru

Horrible!!! Like I wouldn’t serve this to a dog!! And I didn’t have time to turn around because I had somewhere to be, but after I had to do what I had to, I took my son elsewhere to get food bc he wouldn’t eat this and I don’t blame him! Do better!!!!

They need to get new managers! Customer service so bad!! Food was old and outdated for 12 pm and it was currently almost 7. She told me the Mac and cheese and mash potatoes hold time was 30 minutes. Food was old. They told me they didn’t have biscuits so they gave me cookies. That was fine but I ordered peach cobbler and didn’t know they use the biscuits to make it. When I came back for the peach cobbler I also came back for fresh chicken. They told me 15 minutes. 20 minutes pass by and I ask how long they said the new guy just started and he just dropped the chicken so it would be 15 minutes. I ask the manager to make more sides do to all the sides having outdated dates. She started peeling the dates off and stated she wasn’t under investigation. No you’re not but if the state comes in You’ll get pointed on everything that I pointed out. You can tell the food was old. I decided to get a refund.

Food was good but the Mountain Dew was nasty and not right at all. They know it’s not right the guy was legit milking the machine to get it out. That’s prob a 4 dollar soda and I had to go to Taco Bell to pay for another. Didn’t get a receipt but will be disputing this charge after I called multiple times with no answer and hang ups. Fix the soda machine and if it’s not right don’t serve it

god this has to be the absolute worst bojangles ive been to during the day and ive been here multiple times. between 2-4 there is always someone i the drive thru that just lack basic manners and is always rude and works with a tone like she doesn’t want to be there. its very off putting and makes me feel like the food i would consume would not be even safe to eat. the experience turns me off every afternoon but i noticed ill go at night and its a different person who is usually very nice which makes it a better experience but WHO EVER DF is that girl in the afternoon just do yourself a favor and let her go she obviously doesnt want to be there

We’ve been coming to this location every Sunday for over a year and watched a steep decline. The inside is disgusting and smells like wet sulfur every single day. Bathrooms are absolutely deplorable. The customer service? Worse than the worse McDonald’s you’ve ever been to. When we placed our order this morning all was fine, when we made it to the window the cashier said “we don’t have Bo berry biscuits I don’t know what she didn’t tell yall that” in the absolute rudest snarkiest tone you can imagine. We drove off not wanting anything. How do you run out of the breakfast you’re known for? This place needs a serious overhaul of management, employees and cleanliness. If it gets any nastier in there it’s going to need to be condemned. Avoid this place at all costs.
