I’ve been here many times in my life to this location of Buffalo Wild Wings ✨️ ✨️ the food is yummy , the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is nice and big and has a bunch of tvs with sports on them with different channels and different sports, lots of seating, booths and chairs. Plus, they have a bar. My dad/Father likes to come here on Wing Wednesdays and comes here with his friends. Also, if Nicki still works here please give her a raise. This place has REALLY went down hill. This use to be my favorite place to eat. Last 3 times we’ve came here they’ve taken way too long to get our food. Last 2 times our order got completely messed up and then they acted like it was our fault. We’ve been here 15mins and nobody has even acknowledged us and its not even that busy. The service is terrible. They’re extremely understaffed and the lady seating people has a horrible attitude. After tonight we probably won’t come back. This place racks in too much money to be this bad. Do better.

Got here at 4:40pm, it’s 7:15pm and we’re still here. There was a wait for seating so we were recommended to sit in the bar area for “faster service”. It took 30 mins to get first drinks, 45 mins for appetizer and over an hour and a half to receive our food. Waitress is very nice but there is only one waitress in the whole bar area which is packed. Will not be back, 3 hours for wings and fries is absolutely un-called for.

I’m not exaggerating: Every time I place an order for pick-up, it’s wrong somehow.
I’ve had missing parts of the order, wrong items/mistakes, and even open boxes spilled into the plastic carry-out bag.
The takeout counter is a madhouse, and it is difficult to get the attention of a staff member. Expect a big delay…they don’t staff the counter appropriately.
For my family of 4, my wings order is about $100 each time, plus tip. But tipping generously (on a pick up order) has no effect on the quality of service.
So – in the end – I’m spending $120+ for a bad experience, delays, and having to double-check everything before I leave.
The value just isn’t there for me. And this wasn’t just once…it’s consistently frustrating and I’m the one who feels like a fool for tolerating it for so long.
But never again. I’ll drive further and to a less-convenient location just to avoid this place.
Never again.

To management, before you ask: I’ve already filled-out your feedback form. My order number was 1000047370828. My order was so delayed (due to errors when I arrived) that I had time to complete your feedback form and write this Google review while most of my wings sat there and got cold awaiting others that had to be re-cooked due to the error.

Here with a couple friends to hangout. We thought the service was pretty nice and server was patient as we waited for the last person in our group. The food was okay. I got the Philly and it was kind cafeteria-ish. We didn’t love that a local game was done they packed everyone in as tightly as possible. We started as a table of four and that quickly changed into eating immediately next to 12 new people. I sure that’s tough to manage, but it left a sour taste.

We waited for over 45 minutes for our food. Our server was very nice, but not sure what was going on in the kitchen. There were so many containers of to go food on the expeditor counter. And so many people waiting on to go orders.. from DoorDash drivers to customers. I’m guessing they were remaking food because they had no idea what was up there. When we finally got our food it was hot and did taste good. But the wait was beyond too long. At some point someone should have decided to shut off online ordering and DoorDash to get caught up and take care of the guests in the restaurant. The restaurant was maybe 50% full… it wasn’t packed or super busy.

We had a negative experience here and have tried to use the “reach out” feature on the website and the site will not load the Google Maps widget so you can’t submit anything to them. The food prep and flavor was spot on delicious? Service was quick and the staff friendly. However, I asked for ranch with my appetizer and got see ed the regular dipping sauce, had to ask again. Also, ordered extra pickles and grilled onions on my burger…it had neither. O asked again for extra pickles and got brought a side cup of those and went without the onions. Dods the staff communicate here or is somebody just not reading the ticket? I know it’s the little stuff but the little stuff really contributes to the overall experience.
