During our Road Trip in Nov 2025 from San Diego to Lone Pine, we stopped over for Dinner at this Punjabi Dhaba in Hesperia. The food here is truly authentic and very delicious Punjabi food. The hospitality and service was excellent and the team at the Flavors of India was very courteous and made us feel completely at home in a very Punjabi culture. A must visit for everyone to enjoy the real authentic Indian delicacy with a great touch of Indian culture and hospitality.

I could smell burnt milk in Paneer Tikka (I know Chef can smell as well and know milk got burnt still made paneer out of it and sell – not good sir ) & there was only water in chicken curry not actually curry. Curry is made with onion, ginger, garlic, tomato’s but adding just water to make it 32 oz ? Not good sir.

This is a US version of typical Punjabi Dhaba which mainly caters to truck drivers. While dining I could see many drivers pull over their truck and buy bulk orders for pickup, some dined in too. Due to phone orders your done in time will be high, we waited for 45 minutes to be served. The food is delicious no second opinion about it , one of the best rotis in US served here and chicken curry was great too. Restrooms were good and the ambience is very traditional dhaba looking ! Not ideal for families if you order ahead you can enjoy the food and refresh yourselves after long drive.
