The atmosphere was great and we all agreed that the food was tasty. I got the country fried steak and was surprised how big it was, definitely a bang for the buck. Our only complaint if any, was that service was a bit slow for being the only ones in the restaurant at the time, however, our server was nice and knowledgeable about the menu.
We recommend stopping by, just give yourself a little extra time.
This time, my order was also missing items. When I politely brought it to the host’s attention, his response was, “If your order is always wrong, idk why you keep ordering from here.” That comment was unprofessional and frankly embarrassing, especially being said in front of a full lobby of waiting customers.
The reason I’ve continued to order is simple: when the food is made correctly, I genuinely enjoy it. However, as a paying customer, I expect my order to be accurate and to be treated with basic respect when raising an issue.
At this point, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes a serious look at both order accuracy and customer service.
This review needs to be given to ownership. You need a friendlier host who also has a sense of urgency. You need a kitchen staff that double checks your orders.
