I have not been to an IHOP in quite sometime. Our waitress Brittany L. Worked hard at making sure our service was fast and our drinks were filled. We were delighted over the service she brought to our table. My child was amazed by the pancake and really enjoyed the visual, step-by-step menu that was easy for her to choose what to eat. An added bonus was the gluten-free option for the pancakes for one member of the table.

Brittany our server was amazing. She checked on us often. Made sure our food was done correctly. Very pleasant and very personable. We enjoyed our breakfast there and will definitely be back. Food was okay. Ordered chicken and waffles. Per the menu should have came with 4 chicken strips and only had 3.

Our experience was outstanding!
First of all, the food was great.
Carsyn was our waiter and his service was prompt and professional. He was very attentive to our table as well as the others he had. (we could hear him checking on other tables around us)
Then, the manager came out to say “hi” and remind us that the meals we got come with unlimited pancakes. He was very personable.

The wait was long on the food. But, everything else was awesome!! When I asked for water with lemon they brought me more than one lemon for refills. The wait staff works great. Everyone had what they needed refills, coffee, napkins, flavored syrup, and butter. Nothing forgotten. The busser used an actual cleaner on the tables that smelled very nice. The bathrooms were clean and smelled lovely.

We had a really great time at Ihop for breakfast and a big highlight was the service we got. She was always checking up on us, and also gave refills, was attentive, and was very responsive and helpful. The food was also great, but the service….*chefs kiss* AMAZING!!

The food is standard. But what really stands out is the weekend brunch service. They’re fast and courteous, moving like a well-oiled machine. Katie is the best server–her experience and courtesy really shine. 10/10 would go back to Katie… My kid loves talking to her.
