This employee literally had his sack of weed out rolling up a blunt lol what the actual hell he then went right out the door and smoked it as cars drove by in the drive-thru. I don’t care about weed but, damn dude you’re at work… get your priorities straight.

Did an online order. Typically a fine location but they premade my iced coffee before I got there so the ice was all melted and watered down my coffee and I ordered a whole giant burrito and they gave me a much cheaper one (cost $1) that’s also much smaller and less ingredients. Had to drive all the way back. EDIT: Apparently it’s the correct food item but BK decided to abruptly downsize all their items and that’s not the employees fault but they looked at us like we were crazy until one employee backed us up and confirmed the item had been downsized. He’s amazing and gets all the appreciation but I won’t be eating here anymore since there’s been downsizing. There’s no point anymore.

Alright so I have gone to this Burger King 3 times trying to order the new bacon pepper Jack CHICKEN sandwich. First time, they gave me the regular spicy chicken sandwich. Second time, I decided to go inside. The lady who took my order rang it up as the whopper after I had read the entire title of the sandwich. How do you get that confused??? Then I corrected her and she rung it up as the freaking regular spicy chicken sandwich. That isn’t what I wanted either. So finally I had to point at the screen and say that is what I wanted. Today I am sick and just wanted this sandwich as a pick me up so my family went and got it for me instead of me going. They got the order right but the bacon is BLACK because of how burnt it is. Y’all need to do better. Fire these incompetent workers and fix your establishment. I’m sick of this.

Last time I ate at the Warm Springs/Gentian Rd location I got so sick. Like food poisoning type sick. I got a burger, I usually don’t get; I think it was a double Whopper. I was so hungry. I kind of thought that Burger King’s meat was precooked, still not sure if that answer. But, the double Whopper I ordered that night sure looked pink and I know the faces of a lot of people up there cuz I eat there a lot before this incident and it was a new face I had never seen before. Tall skinny dark haired girl that was serving the food. I think, this was two or three weeks ago. I was sick enough that it turned me off from being able to pull into a Burger King anymore!

The service was bad. They looked like they were silently judging us. And I had to correct them THREE TIMES that I wanted the CLASSIC mozzarella sticks.. they still gave me the firey sticks. My fiance’s fries were oversalted. The burgers were good, tho, the dragon lemonade I got was good. My fiance got sweet tea.
But the severs were rude, even spelled my fiances name wrong even tho I spelled it out for them.
And the place is clean, but some trash was overflowing despite there being little to no people and they were a trash can was leaking soda and a boy slipped but NONE of them went to clean it.
Overall, the place looks great. We came in at 6:00 pm. Service was bad, and workers were rude and got my mozzarella sticks wrong. And didn’t even give me the ranch I ordered! I wish I could rate this place higher… I honestly was disappointed because I’ve wanted to go here for a long time.

Service was good and friendly although if you’re having a bad day I wouldn’t rely on the workers to work faster, as a customer if you are perceived as if you’re in a rush it seems like they slow down on their service like they’re proving a point. The store is always busy so the store isn’t the cleanest. The food is great when it’s fresh.

Such an amazing Burger King , has a train station theme and that really make the difference. Food average Burger King food , but what really make the difference is the playground OMG! It’s so good pretty big with nice chairs around and super clean also has some screens for the kids to play with.
Bathroom are so clean. I highly recommend if you have kids, we are definitely coming back .

Very disappointed my daughter wanted to treat herself instead of making breakfast before school. And when we unwrapped the biscuit per disguise. I can’t believe morally whomever sent this out thought it was ok. Hard and burnt the Burger King location is on Gentian Blvd. I yet to get a response with the main headquarters being in Columbus, Georgia.

It doesn’t matter witch Burger King i choose to go to. Doesn’t matter what state I’m in they NEVER get my order correct! I can order ahead online and they still get it wrong every single time. There frozen coke is always unavailable due to the machine always being broken.
